Had bought a happy meal told them cut into 4pieces the cut into 6 of which 2piece was missing had to drive back to return... Staff very loud u cant hear urself.

This one particular time the utensils were all greasy [See Pics] and I asked to exchange them for cleaner ones. Waiter didnt seem to have a problem with taking them away and returning with the same set barely wiped with someting to be a tad bit more shiny- from all the grease, but no fingerprints or marks. Albeit I did not use these and neither did I want to be nasty. On the flip side their chicken is always very nice and service isnt bad at all Id like to just order take away but I never get the full piece I ordered when I ts take away. I asked the waiter about this once and he just laughed. Barcelos sauce is incredible overall.

Ordered a meal for delivery, it came an hour and half late when I called the store to ask why it was taking so long, the guy from the store said it was normal. The food was cold and pathetic.
