When an application is done, it is courteous to provide feedback and not make the customer beg for such feedback. Poor service delivery from this store. Nothing to do with Vodacom but just the staff. :( :( I am sure it is Vodacom policy that feedback must be given.

Its a great place to socialize and network also but the only thing that is a problem is the security there.. But nevertheless its a wonderful place to be at.. More than enough parking. Entrance is easily accessible. The mall is not too busy, all the shops were open. I was able to go to the doctor, the pharmacy, the pet shop and the dry cleaners in one visit. The car guards are also very friendly and helpful despite a low tip. All in all a good visit.

Mall has grown quite big over the years and is pretty much a one stop shopping experience. The cinemas are not that big but not too bad. Great place for kids to play. Lots of shops and great places to eat.

Mall@ Reds is a wonderful shopping centre. The centre has all the shops that one need but it is still intimate. This mall is not overcrowded like the other malls in the area. All the shops are close to each other and there is nice eating places for the family, where the children can also play. There is also a cinema which is not overcrowded. There is more than enough parking which is a big positive.

I had an awesome experience. The shopping centre is easy to navigate in, signs helped me to find stores I am looking for and set up is eye catching you basically feel welcome just by the atmosphere alone. The staff was very nice towards me and it was my first time there but I am definitely going back next time I visit centurion

Pathetic service by a service consultant called Yousef. He spent over 20 minutes dealing with the previous client. When it was my turn I have a faulty router he spent 20 seconds with me telling me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to sort out, or take it myself to different service centres. I opened the contract there like how without fail my account is deducted by them then they should also rectify my problem. Felt a lack of customer empathy and respect treated like a bum off the street . Once my contact is over Will be dealing with someone reliable with proper service standards not so much his feedback but his rudeness and dont care attitude treat everyone the same not according to race creed or color . Management train your staff proper customer service instead of just keeping your tills ringing!

Mall @ Reds is the best place to go watch a film and just chill. Its interesting décor and lay out helps to entertain young kids, speaking of which they conveniently placed the play area in the centre of the outside restaurant for the safety of your kids and for you to keep a watchful eye and not be secluded from the party.The shopping centre is always clean and you will never be disgusted by the parking as there is ample parking available at the Mall @ Reds.It is also easily accessible from all routs near by.All round a good experience, friendly and helpful staff in most shops.They also have what I call exclusive shops there that specialize in one particular thing which is amazing.There is a tailor and a gold smith as well as all your usual convenience stores.

This is a utilitarian shopping centre whose major point of favor is the free parking, both open and undercover. Major stores (usually less variety than other stores in the franchise chain) and banks can be found here. Many easy entrance and exit points. It features a large very popular virgin active gym. Theres a cinema and the eating court has a playground for young children. It size and layout means that all the stores can be reached quite easily. A variety of restaurants from those offering fastfood to mid range and upmarket options a small split of world cuisine options. The mall routinely does events and market days.

Family friendly shopping centre. A lot of different shops. A lot to choose from. Fun play area for kids bu the food court so kids can play while parents watch from the tables.

Best Barber in town.. (My Barber) convenient, my only gripe though is the lack of maintenance on the escalators.. all escalators in the mall are out of order or only one or two operating.. this for months now.. come on.. get your act together, if we the public can come and support the Mall have it functioning smoothly..

Love the variety of shops and what they offer. Different restaurants where you can rest after your shopping spree. Under roof parking also available. Convenient for anybody staying close to the Mall because it is one stop shopping.

Good, clean, well organized, secure and friendly surroundings, in terms service I cant complain at all, I cant say a lot for the next guy, if you know what you want you will get it stress free. Service providers around here are way friendly they make you feel like family...

Another secure free parking mall. Not crowded and offers a private shopping. Eateries are great. If you are in Centurion and looking for good shopping experience try Mall@Reds. Most of our family time is spent here, eithet at the movies or restaurants. But overall, the staff is also awesome.

Smaller centre with great selection of shops and salons. It also has a movie theater with great movies at very good prices (on tuesdays its even half price!) Nice selection of eateries and amazing outdoors play area for kids including water fountains.

Mall @ Reds is a fairly busy mall with a good selection of stores and restaurants as well as a medical suite. It offers free underground parking everyday with car guards watching over the vehicles. The mall itself is however very dated and could do with renovations to give it a more modern look & feel

The service at Westwood Vodacom needs some working... We were at the Westwood branch to renew contract and the consultant was not able to help... 15mins later we drive to Pavillion Vodacom and you well received by the staff, even tho its 45mins before home time.... Half hour later, we walking out with our new phones from the Pavillion branch.

All in all, a great mall. Their mugg&bean is awesome! They have pretty much everything youd need from a mall.The mall is generally kept in good condition with a ton of shops. Lovely outside restaurants with a beautiful view! While Im not a family man myself, its looks to be a great place to eat if you have kids.

Small yet convinient mall to visit there are a number of restaurants here and some food surplus stores there is a nice food court that provides play area for the kids right outside the restaurants. There are a couple of other stores downstairs near the parking lot and a few take away fast foods available. Great mall and a great vibe this is the place to be

As cool as it is that they offer free parking, it poses a safety concern. Cars are being stolen on what seems like a daily basis, store robberies are becoming more prevalent because its an easy in-and-out scenario. I avoid this place as far as I possibly can even though I live close by.

The mall has recently been shuffled and I feel a lot more comfortable here now.The restaurants are situated throughout the maal where they used to be all in one place... The banks have also been moved throughout the mall instead of being in one corner... This would be a negative for some people, but it is a positive for client safetyIn general the shuffle was good, service is friendly and the variety of shops is satisfactory...

Lovely shopping centre. Great selection of shops and restaurants. Free parking and wonderful outside open space in the restaurant area. It is also a good size. You can easily get to the shops without having to walk yourself to death.

Great amount of cuisines to choose from. Best Ocean basket in Pretoria in my opinion,waiters prompt and always friendly. Banks and shopping good. Speciality shopping here and there.

I was dreaming about the place when I was passing by the road seeing it.They called for the Spit Braai for their clients from overseas. I did braai the hearm for them n they enjoyed it. That was my first tym to be there.

Mall@Reds has a good variety of shops and restaurants. The restrooms, however, are usually in an appalling state, and it seems the general upkeep of the mall is not all it can be. The number of empty shops at any given time at the mall is also a point of concern. At least there is ample parking, and the parking is free.

Mall@Reds has a good balance big-name outlets, smaller retailers and entertainment.The best thing about Mall@Reds - and the kids will agree, is its open air piazza and water features. A good choice of restaurants provides outdoor seating where one can dine or drink a cappuccino while the youngsters enjoy the intriguing bursts of water or other piazza entertainment within your sight. Just remember to bring along dry clothes.All the major banks, a newly renovated Pick n Pay, cell phone services, notable clothing stores, hair and beauty salons, home and decor, post office, Virgin Active, etc. are all quite accessible in the mall.Then there is a reasonably Epic Cinema, and my personal favourite (as I am an outdoor type of guy), Cape Union Mart and Outdoor Freedom.Do not expect a Sandton City shopping experience, but all-in-all good value.Pros:Free Parking (the car guards expect a small tip though.Many restaurants and a cinema.Cons:The toilet facilities are not great.The parking sites are a bit cramped.

If you have to go to the mall this is a good one.Its child friendly and my son loves the fountain.Good range of shops mostly on the value side of the market.

I have many memories with different girlfriends here, some good, some I wish I could forget. This is an interesting mall, the layout makes no sense but it works and is actually a nice space to be in. There is just the right amount of shops and exactly what you need.

I was a victim of fraud

All the usual franchises with the odd smattering of novel stores. Free parking, wide concourses and a very pleasant food court deck with a great play area and fountains. Nice.

Place can get busy but the staff try to help you quickly so the queue can move fast. If you want to pay your account or buy airtime, its convenient because theres a special till for that.

Nice and compact shopping mall with most of your basic popular shops. Free Parking and a nice restaurant area with options for outside seating, especially in the summer.

I really like this mall, you have access to shops that will suit all your needs. There is even pawn shops, pet shops, game, pick n pay, restaurants, realtor offices, pet shops, pharmacies, nu metro, computer shops and photo developers. There is a light fountain and play area for kids.

All shops in one place. Easy accessible. Nice to spend a day there.

This is a shopping centre where you can find almost everything and you dont have to walk miles to get there. Restaurants are very good and most of them are managed very professional. Enough parking.

Theres a decent variety of shops but as a personal experience, Ive never really been able to find what I need - there seems to be a lack. Theres aleo enough petty crime on a weekly basis to be worried when visiting. Though I will say, the dining area of the mall with all the restaurants is not bad at all. The mall isnt a place for entertainment as such, excluding the movie theater and the occasional events held at the restaurant section of the mall - but is good for shopping and thereafter getting the rest needed to get home satisfied.Im conclusion, the mall has pros and cons, though ends up with an average mark as a personal opinion (which could be influenced by the fact that I work there, contributing a bit of a stigma)

This maal is very convenient. It has mostly what you are looking for. All the major banks are situated here and has a good pick n pay store. Parking can be difficult to find when the mall is busy. This mall is very popular

Good Place for Shopping, clean area & turns to be beautified by its ability to attract all different types of race we have in country. Their restaurants, grocery Store, Clothing sectors are all perfectly lined up for perfect selection.

Very nice mall with kids play area by the food court. I dig the fact that you can enter the restaurants on the other side of the kids play area, if you dont want your kids to see the play area and delay you.

As a mother with a small child, the free and safe parking, adequite toilet facilities and kids activities are well planned and fun. The restaurants suite my needs when im alone with children or with friends. The single level and parking access to all stores are fantastic.

This mall is deceptively large. There are many good restaurants here, as well as a cinema. Furthermore, there are hair and beauty salons and even a pet deli. There are also banks and a Telkom and a Woolworths, ensuring youll very likely find whatever you want or need. (These dont even include all the shops.)

Very nice mall... However the restaurant next to Spur has waiters that always try and pull you inside: Table for 2? , This way! Haha

Convenient shopping quick in and out but also offers lots of entertainment for children a variety of restaurants to choose from. Remains my favourite mall for quick shopping.

Really good place to do shopping, although it doesnt have much entertainment places. Restaurants are great, cinema is okay. Nothing to fancy.

I like Mall@Reds as it is close to home and has all the shops needed for a quick in and out, and is close to our gym as well . The mall security could just use some upgrading. Too many robberies over the past few years. Not fair to expect normal unarmed security guards to prevent these incidents.

Mall@Reds is a nice and intimate mall that has almost everything you need, from clothing, electronic and grocery stored. It is also a place where family can go out and eat, for it has a nice collection of restaurants. There is also plenty of fast food shops.

The mall@reds is a convenient center. The shopping experience is unfortunately spoiled for me by the strands of hair lying in the walkway in front of two hair salons. I have brought this under the attention of centre management to no avail. Until this problem is resolved I will avoid shopping at Mall@Reds.

After the revamp it looks so much better. More open. Everything you could need is there.

They okay, the service is good but they lack competence in delivery.
