The best service by far in the whole of Gateway. Excellent product and great back up.You pay what you get for. So dont expect to use an iPhone X and spend R.100 on a tempered glass to protect a R.20 000 phone or R.6500 screen.Will definitely go back with my next device.

I visited Xpel in August and they completely destroyed my phone. My phone is now covered in glue that wont come out. I spent R800 on what i was told was an original Apple Case (the iStore was outof stock) when it wasnt and broke within a month without the phone even falling. My camera covering was fractured and required replacing, these guys put the poorest quality glass over my camera (making it unusable). My total spend was R2200. When i contacted them to find out why the glue wont come off and why was the case fake when i paid the original price, i received no response as the manager is constantly unavailable.If i could give them a zero rating i would.Disgusted by this dishonest business.

I bought a new P30 in August and was looking for the best protection for my screen. The sales person at Xpel convinced me that R500 is a fair price to pay for the type of protection offered by their self healing silicon screen protector. Just about two weeks later, I dropped my phone from my bed and the screen cracked. Yesterday I tried to explain to the guys at Xpel that their product failed because it doesnt cover the entire screen but leaves about a 2mm space all round the screen open to be damaged.They were very defensive about their product even though it clearly did not work as intended.If they were good business people at least they should have offered me some goodwill in replacing my screen. Instead, they were indifferent and began making excuses on behalf of their product as well as trying to tell me things like the phone fell from too high, etc. I told them that my phone fell of my bedside but they werent listening so I just left.I would not recommend using their product at all. Rather get something from Cellucity or vodacom to protect your device.

Got the best LCD protector Xpel installed with lifetime warranty applied to my mate 10 pro ... Great customer service . Installation took 20 minutes tops . Great to see theres places in KZN that actually stock and install this product

Ive contact the gateway branch numerous times on a quote on getting a screen protector on my galaxy note, However each time I got a different quotation. I once even went to the store got a price and then called and got a different price in a day. From a customer perspective this makes me rather uneasy to use these services, Ive also contacted them via email with no response .

This is bullishit i had to leave to Joburg without my phone because their Technician forgot to fix my phone after giving me a fake iphone Battery and battery was not working in a week.

Just popped in the mall and shops are still closed but these guys opened up their counter just to serve me ... thats service ... made my day

Ive done a s7 edge n the screen cracked with the clear coat on Ive done a P10 lite that the clear coat started to peel out and now two days that I have redone my P10 lite with the matt clear coat cover n it has started peel again...money wasted!!
