Cell C bluff need to keep their website update regarding hours etc, it will save them many unhappy customers who can only come to the store in the afternoons ONLY to find them closed earlier than stipulated on their details.

Please update your closing time. You close at 17:00 not 18:00. I had to rush to your store thinking you still open only to find you closed at 17:00.

Worst possible customer service. Disgusting. Had my phone stolen and were completely unhelpful . Will never use them again. Thank God for porting. I will port my number to any other network. I have been with Cell C for over 15 years bur thanks to this store. NO MORE. IN FACT 00000 STARS
