A very nice branch that is uniquely situated over the Wilsons wharf waterfront. Food is as per spur usual standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good view of the bay area with the outside dining seats. The breakfast real deal at r35 is a real bargain and well portioned. Coupled with awesome views there probably isnt a better view at any other spur.

2 friends and i went for breakfast on Sunday morning. We were each going to have the Unreal Breakfast @ R39.90ea, but when the waitron told us that the Top-up Breakfast included Coffee (R20.90) and 2 pork sausages in addition (R20.90), all for R66-odd, it was a better deal.The food was unreal, the service was excellent and the turnaround was good considering how busy they were at 9.30am.Sadly Wilsons Wharf has lost its appeal, however it is satisfying to know that there is a place like Casadena Spur which stills shines bright.Well done guys, keep up the good work!! As Arnie would say....Ill be back!

Friendly service and good food made this a nice outing. Not many people around and a very muted atmosphere but not bad experience though.

Mixed feeling .Its a great setting amongst the yachts and in the harbor with the fish swimming underneath you and the ships passing by. The staff are wonderful and the restaurant is clean and well run..Iv been here twice and both meals have not been the greatest in terms of Spurs menu. Iv just eaten better spur meals at other branches.Lastly I watched a waitress throw a paper napkin into the water below....

Dont bother telling the waitress that its someones birthday. They will confirm with you they will do the singing but they dont do it. Wanted to surprise my dad but left without it being done. Might as well go another restaurant, I went there especially for that reason. Disappointed.

Amazing Spur... I am officially impressed with this branch. Service is very good and the staff very accommodating. Best bacon I have ever tasted they need to train the other Spurs. They went beyond call of duty to help us with all our devices that needed charging after being left stranded without electricity due to the storm in Durban last night. Well done guys.

Ordered via Mr D they gave me peri peri buffalo wings instead of the BBQ I asked for called them to communicate and try to find a solution but the phone got passed around they are just unprofessional and disgusting they deliver food which is equal to street food quality this restaurant needs to close down you will make people sick not all of us eat hot food please dont put our lives on the line for nonsense am highly disgusted and disappointed its not nice spending money on food only for you to end up hungry that time you spent your hard earned money on nonsense

Pathetic service,was there for valentines dinner,and the waiters kept serving everyone else but us and when we finally did get a waiter she got the order wrong and never checked on us once,and the ribs where burnt we even asked for sauce and wet wipes which never came.

Great fun! After dining with the family, we walked down the boardwalk, and threw pieces of bread to the millions and millions of small fish feeding eaderly around the restaurants on the waters edge. Great fun for the kids and us alike! Very nice view over the boats and this section of the harbour. We always make it a point to visit Casadena Spur every year we go on holiday. One of our focus points we never miss..

Lovely place to have a breakfast or dinner as one can sit outside to view the ships and boats docking. Awesome place for anyone wanting to see the Durban port, take photos and enjoy the outdoors whilst eating. Children can feed the fish below food court. On a business trip after a long day so was looking for a quick meal before going to hotel. Food up to usual Spur standards and service was good. But the Birthday song sung by the servers for one of the other patrons was so loud and strident as to be physically painful. The accompanying music was turned up way past 11! My server was efficient and friendly, but her deep and loud gather all phlem into the back of the throat sniff every few seconds was very disturbing.

If you are looking for a refreshing place to fest and enjoy lunch its an ideal place to be ☺️

Horrible. Very disappointed 😞. Music was so loud that nobody could talk request to turn it down was denied by manager. Food took over 1 hour. We mentioned to the waitress that it was a birthday. Was a terrible experience. Me and my daughter waited a while for our food. Her chips were ice cold, my food eventually arrived, I had ordered the braai classic....my steak kebab was more rare than even medium tasted odd, chips were cold, buffalo wings were cold, boerewors was not completely cooked either. Needless to say it was a horrible meal ans I certainly will never go back there again. Disgusted is an understatement.

Went there and my kids loved it. Only problem I have is the stairs thats going to the kids play area, not save for little ones.
