The best fish and chips by far! Its the first choice if you want to make sure you will have a great meal. It would have been great if the location was by the sea, but still worth it!

I don’t think my experience at Mac’s Fish even deserves a star today. Highly disappointed. Always had excellent service but today fell well below par. The cashier was arrogant and the lady who brought the meal to the table just added to our disappointment. The burnt fish cakes and oil soggy chips that were on special coupled with the stale coleslaw really made me wonder how Mac’s Fish have dropped their level of quality food. The tough rib and 3 calamari rings that was served with the incorrect sauce just heightened our horrible . Mac’s Fish you need a change of staff both in the back office “kitchen” and the frontline of you want to keep your regular local clients coming back.

Macs Fish & Chips at The Tiffanys Shopping centre Salt Rock KZN is hands down the best fish & chips in the whole of KZN. As an ex capetonian I can honestly say its vars en lekker. Great taste, fresh, massive portions, fabulous value for money with the added bonus of great service. I look forward to enjoying many meals from this outstanding family business. Well done!!

Best fish and chips I had in a long time. Fresh and tasty fish with chips that they make themselves. You can choose to have grilled or fried. I must say both ways is very delicious. Will definitely recommend to stop by and have a qiuck bite at MacFish and Chips.

From JHB and I have been to this spot twice while being down here. Absolutely wow fish, I go for the fish,calamari and prawn combo. I love that you can see all the chefs prepping the meal in the kitchen. Very well priced as well. Top class food.

FRESH!!! FRESH!!! FRESH!!! Adult and kiddies meals are properly portioned meals, very tasty and low priced. Look for the hand written specials in store. The staff was friendly. The kitchen is open and very clean. Take away or sit down available.
