We drove to Salt Rock to go and try out the shawarmas at this new found place. We walked in and immediately started talking to Mutar who is the owner. Now I love arabic food, and a Turkish shawarma (Donner kebab) is as good when its authentic and made with passion. We ordered 1 chicken and 1 lamb shawarma with all the usual toppings. We loved the food! Great quality, great experience overall and a very friendly owner that takes quality in to consideration. Mutar explained how he ended up in SA and also that we ended up at the restaurant on their 1 year opening anniversary. We were given some falafel and our choice of any cake to celebrate. We will be back soon for our shawarma fix and happy to have a great turkish cuisine a bit closer.
