The meal was boring, fish was dried with plain starchy rice and chips.Lacked flavour.

Went today. Placed order, but this was done manually because their POS was down. When the order was ready it was checked by the staff. When I got back home found the order to be completely wrong, 4 missing fish and missing 4 additonal sauces and the order with hake rice prawns and calamari turned out to be prawns onion rings and rice. Very terrible service. Now thats what happens when you dont have a working Point of sale. Consider using LEAP Point Of Sale instead.
Terrible service is all I have to say. We pay for our meal and they question if you like the fish grilled or fried. We request fried but get grilled on going back to question why the Cashier tries to assist but the kitchen staff attitude I have no words for. We pay for a service and expect what we ask for. Manager Ayanda was very apologetic and sincere. But I would never go back there. It also seems by the reviews I am not the only one who received bad service.

The place has a nice view, the food not so good. Ribs were overcooked, the chicken was burned. Well come back next time
If I could rate it zero I would. Lindiwe seems irtitated to work here and does not double check orders that came from the kitchen. Wont eat here again.
Fish was fresh. Didnt take too long. Buzzers a good idea. Would recommend not being in too much of a hurry. Order was correct. And staff was helpfull with specials.
I normally visit the outlet during my work day to order my lunch and I have the grilled hake and rice, which is generally on special. I normally ask for a sachet of tartar sauce, which was being given up until this month, I now have to purchase a tub at R5.00, when I need is a sachet. The outlet has become so dictative that apparently they now only allowed to issue a sachet of sauce if the you order a fried option. Are you now dictating how I should eat my food? Why is it always famous brands store that dictate to consumers. This is pathetic service and sadly a customer lost. Improve your service. It is us customers, who build your business!!!!!
The staff almost seems as if serving you angers them they also tried to RIP me off with a free item due to a promotion didnt even taste the food but I already know I wont be a repeat customer

Worst fish aways that I have been to. Terrible attitude and so slow. Nothando was the cashier only gave us a buzzer to know when the order be ready after 16 minutes and waited for another 10 minutes.

Terrible service, 30 minutes to get my order and when it arrived it was wrong, proceeded to get it wrong 3 more times so I just gave up and left
