Arrived at the bank at 11:40 am 3 September 2021 to be told teller is on lunch ,coming back in an hour👎No stars
No consideration for their Neighbours while busy with construction. Grinding and hammering until 3am and we have to go to work and kids to school. Clearly the banks building manager should know it is against the bylaws to make a noise or to do construction work after 6pm.
Staff that are not fully trained. I had to go to the bank so many times to ask them to remove my stop order from my account, and i closed my savings account in December. Staff tells me that shes just learning. Train your people properly, make sure that they have great customer service skills and then youll see more customers coming in.
Wasnt Sanitiser next to the machine
Went there for help as accidently blocked my card guy by the enquiry counter named simpiwe rolled his eyes when I told him and was so ruded when I had to do the finger prints as was done wrong and he had to do it again. When was done pushed my papers to me with such a rude attitude. Honestly dont know why he works there if he is so rude his job is to help people.
Sloppy tellers that are to lazy to help the clients properly. Rather go to Kenilworth they are more educated and efficient. Bad service
Staff is not very friendly, nor very competent.
