The worse service I ever met in a bank.Wealth and Invest Bank for a business men. They supposed to phone when the card is ready to collect. But no, no any notifications (not by phone, not by mail as we live in 19 century and this kind of service is not existing in this world) When i phoned myself, I was listening a music half an hour before I got an assistant with 100 questions for me and its just to recognise if i am a cardholder and to tell if its ready or not. These questions were so strange and it seemed that I ask to give me all the information about some codes from a 50 safe boxes where someones money is. In the office I met some people who could not help me at all but they started to run through all the rooms looking for someone who knows where is my card. One blond girl Janene decided that my card is in Mall in private bank and as she was going to buy a SANDWICH in a shop, she told she will show me where is it.Well, another half and hour I spent to realise that my card is in Protea Place where I have been before.In total almost almost 3 hours to collect a card:30 min phone call to know if its ready to collect50 min to get there and come back1 hour for conversation with people who come to the office only for lunch time and to get a salary30 min its running in between a buildings trying to get who have seen my cardIf you want to know how to loose a customers, ask STANDARD BANK
