Some waiting which is to be expected. Excellent service. Cant say the same for any other STB branch Ive been at.

Was there 10 am today Saturday . But bank was closed. No sign nor explanation given. Zero for service.

This is probably the worst Standard Bank Branch in South Africa. Very Slow and sluggish AND IT SEEMS NO ONE IS BOTHERED BY THE RATING THIS BANK RECEIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS BAD WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS BRANCH. The Service is overall bad.

Cant believe standard bank closes so early compared to other banks during a weekday. Such an inconvenience

ZERO SERVICE!!! DONT EVEN BOTHER! ALL THEY KNOW HOW TO DO IS TO PUT YOU ON THE PHONE TO TALK TO A AGENT AND THEN SORT OUT YOUR OWN STUFF!!! WHAT IS THE USE OF GOING INSIDE A BRANCH TO GET PROPER HELP AND THEN THEY PUT YOU ON THE PHONE AND WALK AWAY! PATHETIC! I STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY PROBLEM AS THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE CLOSING NOW AND THEIR SYSTEM IS OFF SO THEY CANT HELP ME ANY FURTHER? SO I HAD TO LEAVE!?!?!?

I am not impressed! I have lost my ID book & cannot remember my pin to my bank card. Even though I have a Drivers License & passport, I was turned away & told to come back with a valid ID. Now I find my send instant cash option has been stopped!! I am still sitting on the phone trying to sort this out days later and of course no one answers the phone. Goodbye airtime!

If there were a prize for wasting customer time, this branch would have won it. This is not directly aimed at the staff, so much as the management. Waiting in the enquiries queue always takes ages, yet the desks are always only half staffed. Its inexcusable, and just shows how little regard standard bank has for its customers time.

What i can confirm is that Standard Bank; Helderbeg perhaps can be the best branch in Africa.With people like Noleen Davids; Coetzee and Hilton Croy which are key role players of a formidable team .After returning from abroad; we just received the best service in Africa.Standard Bank-You are a true giant and we just love you.

Poor flipped service, no order, no friendly staff, just a chaos bank branch... Annoyed, been waiting for an hour and a half to simply change banking details, thats f...up...

I went into this bank now to open a business bank account only to be told all the bankers were in a meeting and there was no one to help me. I asked that someone be called out of the meeting but the answer was no. Unacceptable service. Unbelievably bad.

On 25 September 2018 I went in to close all my accounts, 2 months later I find out one of the accounts is still open and in arrears, now I have to waste a Saturday to sort out this rubbish

Mostly situated at the mall yet theyre not in the mall friendly people and always willing to help
