Could not print my project to fit on a a3 project board. Was in a hurry to get me out the store. I was i there for 20 minutes.

By far the worst service ever from any print shop or postnet for that matter. The cashier or owner cant help customers with solutions to their printing needs. Something as simple as printing a photo in better quality is not possible there. No one can come up with a solution. I have to ask and prompt the staff on with solutions. How can you call yourself a print shop? Seriously lacking skills. A mechanic shop ended up helping me without me having to explain anything to them. How can a mechanic shop assist me better with my printing needs than a printing shop? Crazy to believe.

There telephone lines do not work so if you need to do a follow up its not possible.

Always the best reception, especially from Gwen and Rose, these ladies are that Postnets brand seriously, smiles 😃 always and willingness to help, and they know their regular customers by name, there is another lady like Rose, I just cant remember her name right now, but seriously, they need a service award, especially Gwen...♡♡♡♡

Horrible experience. And the same thing has happened almost everytime Ive been there to send my parcel. The assistant asked me what was in the parcel, and I confirmed. The assistant proceeded to shake my parcel and press and fumble it, obviously trying to figure out what was in the parcel, and effectively calling me a lier in my face. I hope management address this, at least for other customers. This branch have seen me for the last time. Ive never been treated like this by any other branch.

I went there to send a package via Aramex to Italy. The service was pathetic and it will never see me again.

The personel have always been friendly and helpfull in the past.....today however I ask them to ringbind some of my daughters school books and the older man (which is hopefully not the manager/owner) was extremely unhelpfull! He actually sugested that I take the books elsewhere, because he would need days to finish it!Well, it took Postnet Raslouw a mere 20 minutes to finish the 6 books and that with a smile....Postnet Eldoraigne will not see us again!
