Male assistant needs to learn customer service. He acts as if he is doing you a favour in assisting you. Card machine out of order, abrubtly informs you about this only after printing has been done. When confronted, his excuse is that there is a sign, which Im supposed to read. I have been a long standing customer here, due to the ladies always being respectful and helpful. But this guy has just made sure that I will be taking business to another branch.

Somewhat chaotic. No real queue system here so its a who asks nicest kind of thing. But they did a good job. Cant complain. Prices are a bit on the dark side though, not comparatively speaking, just seems a bit high.

I dont know why I waste my time coming here. Why advertise that you are open at 8h00 if you only actually open at 9h00? Then the staff are rude and unhelpful on top of it. They make out like theyre doing you a favour by doing their jobs. I hope this Postnet goes out of business. Ill rather drive to the one at Hazeldean instead.

Arrived at 07h20 this morning. Person who opens shop arrives 07h30. 08h00 Your shop opens as per google. Knock on the door at 08h02. The person inside shouts at me through the door but cant hear nothing. Eventually he comes to the door, opens it a small bit, and tells me with his mouth stuffed with food, this corona thing changed his working hours. Shop opens at 09h00. It is nowhere advertised, not on the shopfront or your google ad. Thanks postnet for wasting our time. Second bad experiance.....

Manager extremely rude and arrogant. They charge me colour price for black and white prints after the lady who assisted me was to lazy to count the colour prints from the black and white prints.

The best service and always with a smile. This PostNet is the best PostNet I have been to. No need to go anywhere else! This is your only stop.

Good service

Very poor service form the two staff members today. They did not know how to operate the equipment and thus spent 2 hours there doing it ourselves. The staff werent experienced or friendly.
