What a joke of a restaurant! Ordered today from here and received a pizza with a hair in it and when I called back to complain I was made out to be a joke passed from pillar to post and was not offered any decent customer service at all! Do not order from this health hazard!

So I bought this promotional pizza with wings and 1L coke via Mr D. When I got my delivery the wings were fine although they were almost burnt. When I started eating the pizza it was to dry for a triple creamy decker. It was as if am just having a dough without filings. I went on the second slice same experience. Then I decided to share with some of my friends since I couldnt take it anymore. Overall, I am not happy for the finished good. Although the service was quick and I got my delivery on time. But the Pizza was Bad. The wings were fine.The pizza, is as if the store was running out of ingredients, so they are using the little that is left.

This is the second time in a row that my order is late.First time I had to wait an hour.Today I ordered from Strand Street Debonair and 30 mins after my order was suppose to arrive I phoned. Response was...order on the way...oh your order is still here after voicing my annoyance I got Im sorryHow many sorrys do I really have to endure for bad service.Well never again Debonairs for me. They dont even deserve the one star!!

Well, I am from Saudi Arabia and Pizza is my favorite food.In Debonairs, I ate the best Pizza in my life! Order Cram-Decker™ Chicken with Extra Mozzarella and thank me later.

Debonairs on strand street is filthy and has an infection of flies. You can walk into the restaurant and see 10 flies within a minute.Disgusting would not recommend. Major health warning here.

My order #131AC was two hours before closing time!!! I waited for an hour for my food! after ordering at 18:23, then I my order was rescheduled a number of times. My order went through 3 different drivers. Then my order was cancelled. At 19:35 which gives me no time to order food at another store and all shops are Closed!!! Why accept an order you cant fulfill!

Not very helpful and transparent staff.I placed my order at 12:07pm and its been two hours and I still havent received my order. Please note that this order was placed on a rainy day and I understand that there might be delays but I did not think that it would take 2 hours for the pizza to be done and then delivery would probably only take place moments later. I am 2 minutes away from Debonairs.Your food is divine but please work on your staff and communication skills.Thanks

Its pity that I cant share images but I took a picture Im very disappointed, soo disappointed I ordered a triple Decker meaty pizza but the 1st layer had nothing I basically I got double instead of triple but paid for triple 😒

Its nice and clean and not loud they also have good service, and the pizza was hot.

Had to enjoy a cool air-conditioning while waiting for my Pizza to be ready as on this day the weather was extremely hot I wished I could stay for the whole day because the pizza was made in no time. The lady who saved me was so friendly and professional. Keep the standard up Debonairs

I ordered pizza for delivery today. I was tld that it would be delivered at 15h40 which didnt happen. I called again to at around 16h00 and I was told it would be delivered anytime around the time. Which didnt happen. When I called again the guy dropped the phone and kept dropping again and again😠😠💩💩

Fast service if you go early during the day. Can get crowded at times but waiting time is not bad. There is no parking for debonairs specifically though. But all in all nice place

Yes, they had my favourite chilli and Mincde pizza and great staff - just a litle bit of begging outside - people coming int the joint to look for food - be aware of this - not sure how much of a problem this is. i felt little uncomfortable walking back to my car

I was very disappointed yesterday,I visited your shop around 6:30pm and I ordered medium pizza for R72,, and the pizza was burnt ,,I noticed that when I reached at home when my kids asked me daddy whats this and I was shocked,,they brought the pizza on the door as they were closing ,why you take orders if you really know that you dont have patience and time to do the order,,you must value peoples money ,, Im not happy at all

When I asked why he came 10 minutes earlier, he became rude and started shouting at me over the phone. Is this what your customers service has come to ? Very slow service and store is extremely hot with no ventilation. Smell inside not good and makes you wonder about the sanitation of the food preparation area

A good place to have pizza with a lot of options on the menu the only issue I had is when I ordered the triple decker and they advise me they do not have that install although it was displayed on the menu I would recommend taking any of the specials and also sitting is an option theres no facility to wash your hands and no rest room so that is a negative marking from my side

Store needs to be cleaned. Don’t store the scooters inside when there is still ppl eating. To listen to songs that contains 25 swear words at full blast is quite a appetite suppressant. Does this store have a manager?

Standard service for a debonairs, pizza needs a bit more. But the accessibility, payment options and delivery is excellent.

Would give a zero but doesnt give the option too. Firstly ordered my order online waited a good 20 min for the order to actually be done.. then when it was actually completed i get a rude phone call asking my address. Which i gave a few times. Then iam told rudely to rather come and fetch it because he doesnt know where while the actually manager is in the back round saying no he must come in. Honestly its called google maps. Not that difficult and i still dont have actual food here. Lovely to see how a franchise can fall just due to lack of common sense ! And plain rudeness .

This branch needs to close their doors for business. I placed and order at 15:30 and got notification at 15:38, when I went to collect they told me it will be ready in 10 min, After waiting 5-8 min I noticed the manager sending a staff member to go buy Pesto at Pick & Pay.. When I told them I cannot wait any longer they took details down and still they delivered to the wrong address and floor.

Affordable on quality price

I ordered a pizza @ 13:15 for my lunch and received it @ 15:19.To call them they told me i gav them a wrong adress it was bay rd nit beach road.Bt those streets are jst next to each other.Thats not an excuse of being 2 hrs late.i even called them 4 times trying to trace my pizza.No one ever bothered to tell me the guy is lost.They keep on telling me *its coming*Not happy at all.

Kids love debonairs

Placed my order at 10:02 and received it 11:30 .To top it the order was Totally incorrect . I was told it would not take longer than 40 minutes for delivery and with a Distance of 3 km away this seemed accurate. I would highly recommend not placing a order at this branch.

This place is 5 minutes away the place where I needed them to deliver my Pizza it took them an hour, horrible service , they said all the delivery guys are unavailable but it was literally around the corner this is unacceptable service.

Not a well organised place. The pizza takes longer than usual time. Untidy, empty pizza boxes on tables and seats.
