The staff at the Sweat Shop are always very helpful and knowledgable!!! Running shoes are not cheap at all, so its great to get good advice from staff who know what they are talking about!!

The level of service that I just received was second to nothing. The young gentleman (who’s name I cannot remember - short dark hair, black ear studs) was patient, polite, informed and friendly. I haven’t experienced service like this in a very long time. Impressive.

Appearances can be deceptive. Well presented store with professional staff, lots of shoes on display - just dont try and buy them. They display shoes that are no longer in stock. Also nothing has a price displayed, so the staff are like um... I think these are going for around 2k... and Im not sure if we have stock though. Quite frustrating.

Came to the famous sweat shop to get an expert opinion. While the guy helped us to get 2 pairs of shoes fitted. He offered no guidance to what shoe should be selected or any help regarding shoes or exercises that all my friends raved about. Left to buy shoes across the street at cavendish. Disappointed

The Sweat Shop has a good selection of trail and road running shoes as well as knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. I bought a pair of shoes here and came back for insoles after injuring my foot. They didnt have anything that fit into my shoe comfortably so one of the salesmen made a little support pad right there! I was blown away by their service. I highly recommend coming here for running shoes or advice.

If youre not happy with anything at all post-sale, they are also more than willing to assist in whatever way they can. Unusually, stock holding was an issue on a number of items on my last visit.

Customers are given an opportunity to run a short distance with different shoes to evaluate the optimal shoes necessary for your type of feet, running style and objectives. Theres even a foot scan! Had an absolutely amazing shopping experience.
