I just visited Total sports Canal walk, and I was assisted by a gentleman named Msingi, I have to say he was extremely professional and customer friendly. As someone with an operated foot, shoes can be a bit tricky for me, so I truly appreciate his empathy. I hope more employees will be as considerate when dealing with customers.

Received great customer service from this store, I was treated like a true customer. Everyone was friendly from the minute I walked in until I walked out. I got everything I needed, I didnt need to go to several shops for my running gear. Great job everyone!

I had been to ALL the stores on several occasions times looking for a pair of Adidas comfort slides (BEST SLIDES EVER and youll be shocked at the price) to wear at home. No one had them in size 11. Zachery went above and beyond to find them for me from another store in tygervalley. Its such a small thing but I really appreciate it. Now I dont have to put my feet on the ice cold floor in the morning. Bought one for me and the wife.

Awesome store for sports clothing. Large selection of sports, and after sports shoes. The sales assistant was patient, friendly and helpful when I purchased a pair of shoes.I have visited this store over many years and have seldom been disappointed.

This is the first running shoes I have purchased from Totalsports. I had an excellent experience and the assistance was above average. I was tested on a running machine while taking a video for assessment purposes. I chose the right shoes because of this facility in the store. Thank you guys.

Hi, Ive returned a Suunto 5 watch 3 weeks ago, I was told it would take maximum 3 weeks to get sorted. Its the start of week 4, I havent even had a call to give me feedback. I bought the watch to use it for training, so it was bought for a purpose. I have tried phoning Totalsports Canal Walk, the line always says network busy so it doesnt even ring. Ive phoned another Totalsports to get an alternative number, they gave me a different number which to no surprise at all says the same thing, so I cant phone them at all, do I need to drive to the store in person for someone who has my details to give me some feedback? A prompt response will be greatly appreciated. Its hard to believe we are living in 2020 with this type of service.

Month end Saturday, and only 1 till point is open, and the dude there seemingly oblivious that a line is forming, as he drags slowly through his day.

Totally disgraceful, I have to exchange pair of shoes due to their staff mistake. They put 2 different shoes in a box, I came to exchange with the one that I have bought and they said I will pay extra for that one. It took like an hour to settle with them and I have to ask for a refund at the end and they even not willing to pay what I have paid. In term of customer support it is ridiculous, this whole mess created by their own employee, instead of apologies they put everything on the customer. Goodbye Total Sports, you will not come up on my shopping list and will not recommend to any if friends or family!

I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism of the young salesman at TS in CC. I was in the market for running shoes and this young man knew his product extremely well and gave me real customer service. I honestly thought this level of salesmanship was extinct, but I was wrong.I will go back to TS just because if that experience.

Probably one of the worst customer services Ive ever experienced. I am perplexed at how any business can be run with such incompetent, rude staff. This is not just at the Canal Walk branch but at the Waterfront too. Learn how to treat your customers and run a business please. You wont be receiving any more of my money. I;m sure that anyone reading this can resonate with me on some level or another. And to anyone who hasnt been to either of these stores yet, I would urge you to reconsider spending your hard earned money elsewhere. Youll thank me later.

Total poor customer service, no customer care at all...I bought a pair of Puma rugby boots, played 1 game in it and after the game I saw that the 1 stud was missing, went back to the store in Canal Walk the next morning just to be told its my own fault and there is notting they can do about it done! ... they did not even check on there computer internet or called around not even a helping guidance to were I can buy this Puma stud...now Im sitting with a brand new rugby Puma boots with 1 missing stud.

Best sports gear store for apparel and accessories.
