Overall, nice go-to for comfort food over the weekend or before loadshedding.One time the manager went bonkers because there were too many people in the store and she basically asked one (paying) client what are you doing here.That was a major bad experience.But other than that, the kitchen staff and the ladies handling the orders have been great and the food is nice. Love the cheesy chips! And the milkshakes are really good as well.

Ordered online, got there 30 Min later. No problem, order not ready yet... Im patient.After a order number 15 higher than mine gets called to collect I finally ask whats happening, not much of a response even though I indicate I ordered 45 minutes ago.Cherry on the cake was the 5 customers who was behind me in line receiving their food before mine. All in all I received my order 1 hour after placing my order, so not that great.

Very very disappointing. The food is always good, but the service is slow and pathetic. The cashiers doesnt seem to be bothered by a waiting client nor to communicate with one. I had to wait for the cashier to refill the napkins and rearrange the old order slips before I could place my order.

My friend and I ordered the same burger meal. His arrived 30 minutes after ordering, and mine another 30 minutes after that! 13 other, newer, orders were completed in the time I waited. If a particular meal is going to take long to prepare, at least have the decency to inform people when ordering! This is a fast food restaurant catering mainly for motorists passing by, so is it too much to ask?

The extractor fan is extremely loud. Seems like the staff are suffering because of this. But the food was good and staff were helpful.

Well situated with the friendliest Steers staff I have encountered. Perfectly placed to stop and fill up before the long drive into the Karoo. It shares a space with the convinient store so no need to stop again. Everything you need would be there.

My mother of 98 was extremely hungry on our return trip from Cape Town to Mosselbay so we stopped at Steers where we ordered a Cheese Hamburger with chips which she really enjoyed. She does not often eat hamburgers but as I said she really enjoyed it.

The staff is nice and friendly. The waiting time for your food for me is a bit long. Ive never had any issues with their food.

Staff seemed a bit rude and not approachable when you walk into the fast food restaurant. Their milkshakes is delicious but a bit expensive compared to other fast food joints. The time that you wait for your food is average on quiet days when there is one or two customers.
