Had great service my first time, understanding and very helpful consultant, up until the third time when a different consultant assist me, you could see the whole facial expression that either this person is new (which I doubt) or tired, etc. didnt even show any interest in assisting you, just said cant get your package sori, thats it didnt even bother asking to check my parcel code again, I didnt even suggest to check the code again, I just left dont even think I will go there again but have too, UNFORTUNATELY Im a relastic person and according to me consultant vacancy package come with people skills, other than that im satisfied with everything

Why not create a separate line for people collecting covid grant and parcels. I needed to collect a parcel but theres one cue for everyone, does that mean I must at the post office at 04:00 to collect my parcels because thats the time grant people start to cue and no one picks up the. No wonder people use courier services.

Went to post a parcel late afternoon. It was practically empty. Service was okay.

Why they did not yet create two lines I cant understand. I have been there twice today. Long qeues. And i just need to pick up a parcel. Is it that difficult to create a seperate qeue for the people that pick up parcels only. I was standing outside today. The qeue was THAT long yes! 15min in line. No movement of the qeue. So i left again! This is really pathetic. Up your game or open another post office. I am sick and tired of driving up and down from the other side of town. Last time i had to stand for an hour just to get my parcel. This is not on!! And the best is you get inside eventually to see there are only 1 or 2 people working.

Its a miracle if they pick up the phone oneday tried over 20 times no answer.

This place is really messed up. They sent me an sms to collect a package and when i got there they said the sms was a mistake. Also the rules change by the day. One day theres a different line for collecting parcels, the next everyone must q in the same line

Service are bad i didnt have my Parcel number but they have all my details and id number. They told me come back when i received another sms

Very busy at times. Easy access. Next to a shopping complex so parking is free and reasonably available at all times.

Be prepared for a long wait at this post office. Tellers move at a snails pace and the branch doesnt look as clean cut as other post offices. I collect wish parcels there but I wish they could be sent to another branch !

I received the worst customer care at this post office. The teller I saw in particular, provided me with zero hospitality and zero effort to claim my packages. I hope this changes as she was a horrible representation of the Kraaifontein community.

Its nothing like other post offices like in cape Town century city and and... But they have great workers there, they just need to revamp it,

I collect parcels from wish. I dont even want to go when I receive my sms to collect, as every time I go ther its smells and always wait very long to collect one parcel. Terrible service and very dirty and smelly.

Theres always a sluggish pace.. Where are so many teller counters with only 2 or 3 tellers working. Why cant there be a designated line for people collecting parcels and and a seperate one for people making payments. Plus theres one lady who draws her lips on with pink lip liner but doesnt fill them in. Weird much?

Only two tellers are presently servicing customers out of eight despite the long queue. Are guys short of staff? Horrible!!!

The que moves too slow. Way too slow. I literally spent 45 minutes waiting to collect my stuff.. there is no urgency to attend to customers quickly

This post office went downhill since about 3 years ago. Maybe get a po box....

Tellers just let you wating in the line when they chat or help they friends who stand in the last line.then they get upset when we talk ,So unfair .

Standing in a very long queue, almost out of the door. With only 2 tellers open and service very slow. Very bad. To whom can I report this?

I go to the post office every day for work. And their service is bitterly poor. There are always only two counters open and then those two people still have to answer the phone as well. They are bitterly slow. I was there again on Thursday and stood for two hours and twenty minutes just to pick up a package. I discouraged all my clients from using the post offices service and instead sent our parcels with another couier service.
