I have never had any issues when collecting my parcels at Eesrsterivier. The staff are friendly and professional and would go the extra mile to assist their customer, like they would send me a whatsupp mesage (I know of a lot of people that they assist like this) to inform you when your parcels are ready for collection. They would then gather all your parcels for collection. With the new system that is driven by Cape Mail I am forced to drive up and down to collect one parcel of the other. I am told that Cape Mail handles all international mail. I feel that I am being held at ransom. You now have to wait on a sms from Cape Mail, before you can collect your parcel. This is an inefficient system. It is wasting my time and petrol. Bring back the old system!!!!
