Fast and effective service, only had to wait in a bit of a line, which is expected for a busy public service during a COVID pandemic. Good social distancing encouragement.

Terrible service. I called on a friends behalf to find out if SRD funds available. Woman just answered no goodbye and put the phone down!! Disgusting

This post office is totally useless!!!! Bad service, they dont answer their telephones, if they do you wait 20 minutes. I was once put on hold for more than 30 minutes then decided to hang up. I tried again, waited forever for the phone to be answered.I do not get fedback on my requests to check for my parcels.VERY POOR SERVICE!

Terrible service!!!! They send your parcels back after 1 notification without even aParcel number.The staff was also rude when questioned why they were not doing their jobs of delivering parcels.

Totally SHOCKING!!!!!! I cant believe that when one stands in front of the door at 17:30 (the time they suppose to close, not 17:29) the staff will not be willing to help a customer!!! What happened to going the extra mile for customer services? What happened to treating others as YOU would wish to be treated? How can you sit and look at a customer standing in front of your door and not be willing to help even though it is not AFTER closing time but ON closing time. Just remember this the next time someone treat YOU this way!PS you dont deserve even the 1 star.

SA post office is the slowest and worst service the is. I looked on the internet today and saw that it is OPEN, great,went down to Tygervally post office just to see that it is actually closed. Sums up SA post office perfectly.

I actually had a good experience with this post office.I was receiving a small parcel from overseas. Firstly, based on this experience I believe that the infamous JIMC backlog has improved. This time my package seemed to only be delayed there 1 month. Still not great but a massive improvement from the 6/9 months the past few years.At the local depot and postoffice level there was a mixup with my parcel. It accidentally was delivered to someone else. Also not great.But I called the office and got through to a manager called Mark who helped me investigate. We figured out that this was a mistake, he went out of his way to track down the person who it was incorrectly delivered to and organized to get it back for me. He then made sure I received it, the problem was noted and will be communicated back up to the depot.Had my fair share of bad experiences with the post office but I will give them credit this time as I was pleased with the service dealing with a tricky situation.

Service was good but Im still waiting for my parcel that arrived from California US in Johannesburg on 22 September.No answer at all!! 16 November

Extremely disappointed at level of service - waited at least 20 minutes in a queue to be served (only two tellers open) - only to be told they had no stock of the item required - REALLY??! A sign advising clients if this stock shortage should be displayed!!!

Theres always a helpful, friendly face at the TV post office! Whether its mr Myburgh, George, Zola, Pinkie, Linda or any of the other staff, nothing seems a problem!

Only two people in duty with a full queue - but I guess it’s not their fault! Good experience - we’ll mannered staff - helper succinctly and respectfully!

Surprising improvement in service quality. Enjoy the staff here.
