There service excellent but there is just 1 thing I only received 1 payment waited till next month like everbody else went 3 times an still did not receive any payment an that’s already 60 rand gone u now but they told me to come back next week again 80 Rand I’m allrady struggling now the bread has gone rapidly quick up please help my problem that’s why left the other 1 star out please help I think that’s unfair only to hordes me thank You

Ive called into the Post Office twice, both times a gentle(named Derek I think) answered. The first time he advised me not to collect a parcel because it was Grants Day and the lines were long. He told me which days are quiet for me to slip in and out.The next time I called my tracking number wasnt working and he told me to hold and went to look for the parcel. He also told me he would return it to Unisa no frills.I must say, that I expected bad service because that is the norm were exposed to but the employee was extremely friendly, and helpful. He also went the extra mile.Thank you for the pleasant service.

Worst service ever poor customer service experience........ I came to the post office an was expected to stand in a que with people who are applying for the R350 Grant all I wanted was to collect my post I am an essential worker an I could not even get my post the service rendered is atrociously poor I wish my post was never sent to this post office they have no sence of great service I am very disgruntled as this was two days in a row, I work hard an I came each time on my breaks an yet the que remained I thought I could beat the que on Wednesday the 11th an to no avail there was an even longer que an people who also wanted to collect post said I will have to stand in the que as they are doing it makes no sence to me in other communities you have a que for the grant an a que for people who want to collect post I will never have my post delivered near my work employment cause of the poor an dissatisfied service if you want then inform everyone all those who are collecting the R350 to come on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays not everyday...... What about us who want to collect our post, or even those who wish to send a loved one post, you need better management to assist at this post office

Established post office, but slow at times, not sure why other staff cant man other counters when its busy.

Derek was supposed to give me a call regarding my parcel. I called him back at 1:30pm and he told me he is not ready for me yet. He will call me back at 2pm. Its 3:30pm no call from Derek. And I tried calling, no one answering.Poor service!

This is my first visit to Maitland ,parking is a bit of an issue and the area does not feel safe. But the staff at the post office were super friendly even though there was only two...which is no fault of theres with cut backs and loadshedding they were great . The gentlemen went out of his way to try and find my parcel. Thank you

5 * for the staff, who are generally positive and friendly. 1 * for the parastatal which is a disaster.

Staff are nice atleast, except for 1 elderly woman who always seems to question me on everything I do in the post office (which is almost nothing). Stand in line, assuming Id be called - I get told why didnt you come here , and once I gave an incorrect document, instead of telling me theyre not allowed to use it - She simply holds it up and says: this document is useless I cant do anything with this.Operations are slow but I dont expect anything else, Ive just gotton used to it.

Only two staff when they have +- 5 tellers staff openly hit my parcel while having a rant about customers post net post offices are almost universally awful but this one made it to a one star for actively disregarding the customers property itd be nice if one day they managed to get to even mediochre status but i guess thats just a fantasy at this point.

Try phoning this branch they do not answer or perhaps their phone has been disconnected.

Never answer their calls. Staff take their own time doing things.

Terrible, terrible, terrible post office! I wouldnt advice anybody to use this branch.

I sent a letter via this post office 3 weeks ago, and still the recipient hasnt received it. and for the past 3 days i have been calling, there is no answer. very poor service. super disappointed
