I placed a order online with Waltons to get the necessary stationary for my kids to do their home schooling during lockdown, and its been an impossible endeavor for them to deliver the required items.If I knew their service was going to be as bad as Ive experienced it, I would have gone out to get the stationary myself, but Ive paid already and now Im stuck without the money, and without the stationary.Pathetic, we are trying our best to obey the lockdown rules, and if companies advertise home delivery, they should be able to do it, without the customer having to follow up multiple times. I spoke to a person at Waltons to query the delivery, and all he says everytime is that he is going to get back to me, which never happens.EDIT: The items have arrived, and 2 out of 3 items damaged, just what I needed, all faith in Waltons lost

Great on the stationary, limited office furniture selection, since its a smaller store. Always friendly and efficient, though. Usually worth stopping in.

The worst Waltons branch Ive ever had to deal with. With every order placed there is an error, they dont have half of what I need or the staff member Im dealing with barely understands me.

Expected more variety. Did not find what I was looking for. Friendly staff.

They take ages to get back to you and each time they have made another error which needs to be corrected. 2 weeks later and still trying to get rubber stamps organised.
