I have been amazed by the efficient and professional service that I have received from Ergonomics direct. Whilst visiting my parents in Plett I noticed that my dads office chair was looking very sad. I contacted Ergonomics direct on Friday. Within a matter of hours I had placed my order for a new chair(they helped recommend one for my dads needs), received the invoice, made payment and received a message from the couriers. The chair arrived at lunchtime today. My dad was able to assemble it without any hassles and is very pleased with all the great features of the chair.
