A beautiful and short 1km walk to the waterfall if you’re taking the short route from Houtbay.

A good uphill and moderate scrambles. Watch out for loose rocks and soil on some parts of tbe trail. Cool and shady under the indigenous canopy.

A brilliant hike for all ages, shaded throughout the day, the hike to the lower waterfall is easy and scenic. A step hike awaits you should to go to the top waterfall with a couple minor scrambles.

Great walk. Shaded in summer. Waterfall spectacular after winter rains. Indigenous forest.
