My partner and I took a sunrise hike up table mountain (India Venster route) with Muki and his active companion Peanut! We absolutely loved our trip from start to finish and felt we were in very capable hands! Muki was really fun to walk with, he had lots of nice and funny stories to share. He had a good balance of safety at the same time! He was clearly well equipped and highly trained for safety related eventualities.We had a exciting and challenging ascent to the top with some difficult scrambling areas. Muki altered his pace to meet our fitness levels and helped with any areas we weren’t sure with! Not only that, but he took loads of photos and videos along the way which will be nice to keep to remember our trip! I 100% recommended Muki as an excellent guide for an enjoyable and safe trip to the top of Table mountain!

Myself and my wife visited Cape Town on our honeymoon and wanted to get some exercise by hiking up Table Mountain. We arranged this with Muki through our hotel. We thought it would just be a run/basic hike as we had never rock climbed or anything like that before. We told Muki what we were interested in and he brought us scrambling and climbing up rocks for the morning to watch the sun rise. It was an amazing experience and we felt totally safe with Muki at all times - We had such a sense of satisfaction once the hike was completed and were delighted that Muki brought us on the route that he thought we would be able for. Muki and us also had great banter and laughs throughout the hike - would highly recommend!!!

Loved our sunrise hike up Platteklip Gorge with Muki and Peaches the dog. Muki was smiley and energetic at 4.30 in the morning and his enthusiasm was very motivating. Highly recommend.

My wife and I booked the hike though the hotel. We were picked up at the hotel at 4 am by Muki and his dog Peaches. He told us that we were going on an exciting hike, not just walking as we expected, but also included some easy climbing. It was an exciting hike, though we passed some boundaries of our capability, we felt safe all the way. Muki helped, cheered and instructed us how to safely pass the more difficult parts of the route.The cable car was not running when we reached the top after three hours hiking, so we had to walk down the Skeleton Gorge. Took me four hour with my sore legs, but Muki and Peaches were patient and stay with me all the way down.I can highly recommend the for an exciting morning on the Table Mountain
