The Rendezvous Cave on Table Mountain is a great find, but not an elaborate cave network. The best route is the Kasteelspoort hike to the top and then to turn right and right again to the Old Cable Car. Just before the Car, you turn left and from there I leave it up to you to locate this elusive cave. Please note this cave is about 20 meters long and not fifty as described in another review. Bring a torch or headlamp for the dark part. Enjoy!!

The cave is big - you can go through to the other side of this huge rock. We went there after it rained and it had water in. We could still go through without getting our shoes wet though. The wind blew really strongly through the cave so it wasnt that pleasant. Also its quite cold inside as it only rocks all around. But its huge and there isnt another cave like it on the mountain that I ever found!There are signs that you should not make a fire in case you thought you could camp there for the night.

This hidden cave is approximately 50m long, goes right through the mountain and comes out on the other side. Great find!
