Terrible execution. Smoothies are either too watery (Berry Peanut Butter, Stawberry Stinger) or the completely wrong flavour (ordered vanilla got chocolate) ordered via the app. This is a constant problem at this store. Would definitely not recommend this Kauai.

I love KAUAI wraps and smoothies.This KAUAI has the smallest wraps Ive ever seen. Plus we ordered 2 princess wraps which only had lettuce, chicken and carrots? Thats R86 for a wrap with absolutely no tamato, feta and celery. Very unsatisfied.

I would not recommend buying food here. The service is terrible with no enthusiasm to help whatsoever. The biggest let down was the food. We ordered two princess wraps (which was much smaller than portions at other braches) and they managed to forget three ingredients on each. No tomatoes, no feta and no celery. Do not go here.

Avoid. Takeout order wrong. Wrap not low carb as paid for, and overloaded with carrots so tasted pretty unpleasant.

Absolute worst service ever! A simple smoothie takes 30minutes and after explicit instructions that i am allergic to banana they put banana in the smoothie. On another occasion. My client bought me a smoothie that i not want to redeem. So the cashier signed off that i could claim it another time. When i went to claim my smoothie. They claimed to know nothing.The level of incompetence at this branch is shocking.

Really poor service.... The staff are not interested in helping clients at all. Sometimes one can stand for ages before your order is taken. Its very unfortunate for Virgin Active to allow such service from a restaurant in their building.

Really really atrocious service. Staff not interested in the least. Either kauai pays these people absolute pittance, or they have a terrible recruitment department. Either way, this is a very poor outlet.
