Fantastic place to eat, food is of great quality and the service is likewise very good. I highly recommend this Kauai branch if you looking for a healthy option with excellent standards. The pride of the staff is very visable. My family will certainly be back.

Guys at 10am in the morning for just a online smoothie order and instore porridge and a waiting period of almost 30minutes in a store that has not one customer but 8staff members something is wrong here.You need to Jack this staff up I never use to recieve service like this I ordered at 10:10 online it is now 10:30 and Im still waiting for s simple porridge and smoothie??????Ridiculous with a station that has not 1 order or docket....

The food is fantastic, healthy, well-made and delicious. A bit on the pricey side although their breakfasts are good value for money. Friendly staff and good service. Their wraps are a classic, small but filling meals and their smoothies are basically an entire meal.

Although I got my food fast enough. The staff member at the till was not very helpful. I was struggling with regards to the app to use my points, she rather moved me to the side and let me figure it out by myself.Not very customer friendly.

First stop on every shopping or errand run at the mall. The Chipotle Steak wrap is my absolute favorite. And a Peanutbutter Berry smoothie will blow your mind. Only reason I didnt give this one a 5 is that my smoothie didnt have enough of the peanutbutter taste that I am used to.

We have ordered a couple of times during lockdown. The food has been consistently good and so have the smoothies. We had one issue where they forgot the chicken on one of the salads but we got a refund. I highly appreciate the care they put into each meal. This is the only branch of Kauai I like.

The Kauai situated outside Cavendish makes the best smoothies I have ever had compared to any other Kauai outlet. It was velvety and did not feel watered down at all. The seating inside is also some of the best seating Ive seen for a Kauai; spacious with plenty of seating available.

This is definitely a great place to eat, with a healthy menu and fantastic staff. They service is quick and everyone is friendly. This was the case in my experience. Keep up the good work

The quality and level of service has definitely gone down. Wraps are overloaded with salad, bowl portions are smaller, smoothies are watered down and the last straw today, cold food, which I did not bother sending back due to loadshedding. Usually eat here once a week but will rather make use of the one inside Cavendish despite being the busier of the two.

Health and nutritional fast food . Well priced and clean and fast. Id go back every time I need a quick meal. Perfect for vegans and medt eaters and gluten free eaters. Recommended!

They All fit the same profile. No store is different from the other. They clean and luckily for me service each time I visit has always been superb. I ordered the berry smoothie and my usual princess wrap, all and all tummy was full, quality was great and the shop was clean. Keep it up guys.. And girls. .

Horrible in terms of following instructions for delivery.I asked for the parcel to be sealed. When it got here it almost fell out because the lid was loose.I had to eat the food in good faith, hoping that things are ok

Great food with adequate service. Prices are pretty fair for what you get and its a great alternative to other fast food places if youre looking for something healthier.

Set-up experience is a tiny bit different compared to other franchises... Service was a bit unfriendly, asked questions but received some dirty looks... Staff members were too chatty at the back and couldnt be bothered with customer orders... Had non-work related conversations placed in between customer orders.

What happen to the aloha friendly service that you expect from Kauai? Cavendish must have the most unfriendly, disengaged staff of all your stores... How about training them with mediocre customer service. At least that would be a step up.At least they almost know how to make the smoothies. The Chocolate Bliss was lacking cocoa and cacao nibs.

Heads up to management for excellent service by staff. I ordered a smoothy and while waiting a staff member offered me a seat and i said i would ferch my shopping trolley, the staff member said have a seat and i will fetch your trolley. While waiting there 2 other staff member asked me if i had been served. The staff are friendly, and very efficient. Well done !!.

Kauai never disappoints me. I love their healthy meals and their yummy smoothies. They have warm wraps and cold wraps for those people that dont like the one but the other..my favourite smoothie is the Citrus Glo and my favorite wrap is the Ceasar Chicken!!! You may think the wrap is small but nooo its the perfect size and fills you up so quickly!! I really love Kauai 🎉💛

I ordered a Moroccan wrap water and a boiled egg. I only received my wrap and nobody answers the phone. I did pay the full amount for all these items and would appreciate it if somebody picks up the phone after calling 5 times. signs of laziness.

I have been a huge fan of Kauai until today (this complaint is specifically for Kauai inside Cavendish Square Claremont, but I am put off for life). I went in to collect an order I placed telephonically and as I was standing at the counter a rat ran across infront of my feet and back into the kitchen. I shrieked obviously caught off guard seeing a rat in a place where I had just ordered food while the employees laughed at me. I asked to speak to the manager (one of the people who had a chuckle at my disgust of seeing the rat) and he said he is aware of the rat problem. I made it clear that is it unnacceptable to have a rat in a kitchen and he just directed me to the regional manager as I could not understand how it is ok that this happend. The regional manager was equally accepting of the rat explaining to be that the rats come in at night from PnP. I did not see this rat come in from PnP, I saw it run from one side of Kauai to another side of Kauai. I asked what they are doing about the problem and he said they have pest control once a month. I said that that it is clearly not good enough seeing that they have an ongoing rat problem that they are fully aware of...but the complaint fell on deaf ears. Needless to say, I could not eat what I had ordered after that.

Service wasnt that great - waited for some time even though it was quite empty. Staff was peeling oranges rather than preparing my coffee date smoothie... Was quite watered down as well.
