They seem very confused today. We waited for ages to be told that they have given our order to someone else. We sat down but they brought us a take away in a packet instead of a plate/wooden board. The food was good though.

Just ordered in 2 avo geen bowls via Uber eats and they arrived without any avo. There was also sand in the veg. I want my money!!!

I am furious! Our order of two princess wraps and winter bowl tasted horrible. Our wraps were drenched in actual mayonnaise not onion mayo. The lettuce was clearly not fresh because most of it was all soggy and a bit brownish in color, not to mention the winter bowl. It tasted like the water after you sip on 2minute noodles. Our smoothies had absolutely no taste to it. I am so disappointed, Kauai is my go to takeaway, now its all gone down the drain along with the R450 I spent on your food.

I ordered the No Bull Vegan burger via MR D. - it was amazing!! Fresh with all the trimmings. Thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend!

Waited 35 minutes for a wrap and burger only to find a cockroach on the burger. We immediately called the waiter back, she saw the cockroach and removed the plate, did not even get an sincere apology or even a full refund for the entire meal. Very poor service and quality of food. Would absolutely not recommend.

Ordered on Mr. D and they got the order wrong. Very disappointed.

Love the cuppacino, cant really complain about the service, as you order at the counter and they serve you at the table when the food is done.Food is always good, we have never had poor food served here

Very dissapoiting experience. I ordered ahead for pick up and said I was about 10 minutes away. When I got to the store they hadnt even started making my order and I had to wait a further 20 minutes.Why say you allow patrons to order ahead if we get there and the order hasnt even been started and then have to reorder and wait?

Terrible and rude service!!!We ordered two cheese burgers that took almost half and hour and by the time we got it it was ice cold!!!Will never support any Kauai store ever again!!!!

The store is too small for the large amount of customers, the staff seem under trained, you tell them large smoothie and they make it small, Ive never waited so long for a smoothie and quesadilla in my life and by the time I got the smoothie, it was so watery like its been standing there for a while and the food was dripping in sauce that seemed like oily water

Expect long waiting times, and just okish food. Avoid if possible

So I ordered the steak & avo quesadilla on Uber eats and there was no avo on the wrap. It was also ridiculously small for R99.. not good value for money at all. I dont recommend them at all. Maybe in store where you can tell them theyve made a mistake. UE app also doesnt allow me to rate them, so Im guessing they do this often.

Smoothies are inconsistent, sometimes great sometimes awful. Food is good. Service could be better.

30 min wait for a smoothie on a Wed afternoon when there are hardly any people .... not great service Kauai

Placed my order at Kauai Tygervalley by the cashier named Mamela gave her my order twice because she wasnt taking note the first time, my order was a Superfood Smoothie - All The Greens. There was a couple two customers after me that got their smoothies before me and I waited longer than them just to receive a tasteless green juice and their smoothies looked exactly how a smoothie is suppose to look. My smoothie on the other hand which looked more like a green juice than a smoothie, it looked and tasted like drain water and dishwasher water. Please train your staff properly because as a customer I expect quality service from a good quality store.

Service was Good

Everything we tried to order was out of stock (5 things on the menu as well as all cold beverages besides 1 drink and water), the service was extremely slow and unenthusiastic.

Useless staff. Waited 38 min for a small smoothy with only 2 other people also waiting. 6 staff members with only one actually doing something every now and then.

Their food is their only saving grace, terribly slow service. Be prepared to wait.....

Excellent health options at great prices! The barista-brewed coffee is fantastic! This is a must-visit!

If there was a rating of 0 out of 5 Id give that I ordered a All green smoothie and it taste like waterd soup absolutely no flavor Im so disappointed I asked for them to add more juice or thin it and it came back even worse never returning there again!
