Just terrible customer service, ordered spares...paid for spares, received half my order due to stock, now waiting 3 months for my spares , only to be quoted again for the same spares?

Quite disappointed in the non existent service received from this branch am waiting for days for a simple quotation to be sent after it was promised to be sent. i would rather buy from Wurth JHB pay for a courier company to collect on my behalf although we are literally in the same area as Wurth montague gardens.So sad...

Placed and order...promised my customers the goods...they delivered part of the order and did not even bother to let me know they were out of stock on some items...My customers think Im an idiot for promising them the stock...closing my account !
