It is a hardware store with great variety of products. The staff is very friendly and professional at all times. They even have personnel welcoming clients. There is ample parking available for the disabled as well as for abled bodies.The store does seem a bit dark inside, maybe better lighting is required.

This Brights is a bit out of the way for me, but I make the trip every time. The store layout is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. Another important point is that there are also enough staff to assist customers. They give good advice and their prices are good. This branch creates a good customer shopping experience.

Great selection however the “do you need help” attitude gets to me, In the space of 1 minute (I kid you not) the same employee in the lighting decision had approached me and asked if I need help, I had actually told him the first thing that I was just browsing. Not sure if this is the standard training protocol but it really frustrates me, other than that they have a great selection of items (if you are allowed the time to look at it without being interrupted)

I want to share the wonderful service I received from the Plumbing department, specifically Kaya in that department. I had a lot of contractors working at my home and needed some plumbing items urgently. I asked if I could email my list and just collect once they have it all together. He assisted me with such great service, he even called back and spoke to the plumber to make sure we get all the right things. I went to Brights everything was ready, I went and paid and I was away from home for 10 minutes! thank you so much for amazing service. Brights I will always recommend you

Slightly limited stock, but it is a rather small Brights. Check your pricing, they tend to be on the slightly expensive side.

Great little DIY shop, better organised than Builders and better at managing stock so they have what you need (although still manage to have the item you most need out of stock like most chains in SA). The staff make it, super helpful, super knowledgeable and happy to go the extra mile to get you sorted out.

Literally been waiting on a phone call for 10mins ! Just to find out if you have y12 steel , fix your building section service , was transferred more than 4 times!
