Good quality paint, but the way they price and package their products leaves a sour taste in the mouth. They insist that they only sell a certain paint in 20L when Ill only be needing about 10L. And 15L would cost me more than 20L. Im now sitting with more than half a bucket of paint after the job is done. Cant help but feel I lost money on this one.

Sadly had bad experience ,I was given wrong colour then had to drive all way back from client to get a new colour. Wanted to get another paint for another client couldnt help me because they to busy came back two days later made me wait 40min to have paint mixed.

Had a product problem and they sorted it with no hassle. From sales to the director very helpful. They really care for the customer. I will be back soon with my next order

Ryan, what’s the point in insisting taking my name and number, promising to let me know as soon as my paint is mixed, and then never bother getting back to me when I told you I needed it the same day?! I was there at 2pm, the paint was ready 20min later.... this I found out the next morning. Customer service is not only about running around policing hand sanitizing and social distancing and trying to look important, but also keeping a very basic promise.
