Good clean and safe to shop at very friendly and helpful staff all covid restrictions in place

This place is a pillar of strength for many years.I usually buy on a regular basis there.Anything from plumbing,electrical items to screws,nuts,etc.Their prices are moderate,customer service is excellent & they do deliver rafters,wood,etc.I would recommend anyone that need any diy items to shop there

Never really have enough stock of anything. Slightly overpriced and cheeky cashiers which makes for an unpleasant experience there

The store has had several name changes and a downsize. Not the same quality as it was before.However they still have a large range of hardware goods and reasonable prices.

The staff tried their best, They had the paint we needed. That was Wednesday. Unfortunately the store only had about 6 drums, its Friday we are still waiting for the colour pallet to show them which colour we would like them to mix. Unfortunately it looks like we need to go elsewhere as we told them we need it by Friday afternoon. Anyway we try to support dealers in our area all the time,, but I guess great Service doesnt work all the time

Good customer service at Build it Grassy Park do not exist for me. I placed an order on Saturday 8 June 2019 and by Friday 14 June the complete order was yet to be delivered at the time of writing this review.I had to make Multiple calls to enquire about delivery.NOT ONCE have any one picked up a phone to let the customer know about any delay or the reasons for it.The supplier of their roof sheets in question ( Youngman Roofing ) are a mere 25 minutes drive from the store location and yet a I waited 5 days !

Can be a tad expensive sometimes and dont always have everything you need.

We built new office desk and Buildwell assisted us all the way. Products and the tools we needed. My staff went there and mentioned how quick it was to get the materials.
