Ive started going to Jack Hammer since the start of lockdown to Der garden supplies, as I cultivated the habit to keep me busy indoors. I love close by so walk in often to check on products and it feels like family, everybody ajways so so welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful.Not too long ago, I had an altercation with anither shopper attacking me for wearing a t-shirt that he found patriotic and again the staff was there to put the fire out with no Love lost.Last week I needed a few bags of soil, so needed it delivered and ordered online.I placed the order the evening, the next day Kaylin was on the firm to let me know theyre processing the order, letting me know they never had stock of an item and kept me informed from start to finish.Wether looking for something specific or just window shopping, youll leave smiling happy

Decent supply of home DIY / building goods and at an okay’ish price. The shop is always very busy and all over the place. Generally the service is really good as there’s many workers working inside and outside (In front). When returning goods insist on a receipt and make sure to take the name of the person that helped you. I returned an item on Friday the 19th and all they took was my name and surname and contact number. The guy that helped me was busy with another client and didn’t give me his full attention, still waiting for a call or replacement on the item they still have. 24th November 2020 09:48. Oh, They sometimes have veggies/seedlings and plants for sale which I feelIs rad!

I like where they are situated. Been there many times because 9 times out of 10 Ill find what Im looking for when in a pinch or dont want to travel to far when in the area and needing a hardware store.Service not to bad, though the last time I was there and was ready to pay, the cashier was to busy having a conversation and wasnt focused on what he was doing. Took very long to process 2 items and wasnt paying attention to me that was paying.Because of this, not giving 5 out 5, but will go back and just pay with someone else. Normally you can pay with a smile on your face.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have a massive variety of items and everything is very reasonably priced. You will be hard pressed to walk into here looking for something and not find it. They are a regular mom and pop store with that homey feeling. They even let dogs wait at the door! Open at convenient times and an important part of the community.

Super friendly staff, always a pleasure! The store has most basic hardware stuff you need including sand, cement and paints etc. Parking is difficult, dont expect to have it easy during peak times but There is plenty of street parking surrounding.
