If it were possible to give more stars on this I would. What a fantastic experience. I was made to feel like the most important person in the shop. The enthusiasm and willingness to accommodate was on a different level. My only regret is that I did not start using them earlier. To Andre and the rest of the team - great job.

Small hardware and building supply store, but big on stock, quality and helpfulness. Been around forever. A bit maze-like, but theres always something useful ticked into the nooks and crannies. Lots of items sold individually or by the meter.

Excellent hardware shop. This is the store that builders and plumbers use. The store is nothing to look at but the staff know their stuff and there is always someone around to help. . Park at the back. Because there is very little parking in Maid Road.

The Service received over the phone was shockingly bad, the receptionist was short with me and not helpful at all. On calling in again, I discovered that they are a lot more expensive than orher local suppliers for a 9kg LPG Gas refill exchange.I will NEVER support R.James Hardware again.

Counter service was slow. Not that there were many customers.

R James has very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff who took the time to assist with my requirements. They have quite a selection of hardware materials and tools in store and are able to order items if they do not have stock or special order items.

I cannot thank R James and Tim enough. I had a DIY project that ended up in disaster. Feeling like an idiot I sheepishly contacted R James and Tim and his team were amazing. They gave me such amazing help. Restored my bruised ego and now I have a stunning concrete floor! I am never going to a big unfriendly, unhelpful store again. I feel like I have a hardware family now :)
