Abit over priced in general if compared to Builders Wharehouse down the road,also alot of staff standing around having what seems to be private chats and get rather irratated when asked for assistance.Ive been there a couple of times and this seems the norm ,not a big fan.

Lovely shop massive selection of all kinds of home improvement stuff. Love the selection of exclusive paints. Unfortunately the staff member helping me with technical paints had limited knowledge. Sold me the wrong product. I had to return again to exchange for correct product.

Shout out to the staff at this place who made me leave with a smile (how many hardware stores can claim that?). Steven on the floor not only knew the store like the palm of his hand but displayed pride in his work as he assisted me with a positive and can-do attitude. Such great service couldnt go unrecognized. And thanks to the cashier (his name started with a T... and is unique) who engaged in friendly small talk as I paid for my goods. The staff must be looked after well.

Had an issue with a Bosch grinder. SPIROS send it for repairs. 2 weeks later the same issue. Again SPIROS send it for repairs. This time it took forever to come back because of Bosches poor customer service and poor parts they replace. I contacted SPIROS management on Tuesday. yesterday morning SPIROS contacted me. I was informed that they will replace my grinder with a new one on their account. This was totally not expected ,as this was a warranty claim 6 months down the line. The reason......Sir we do whatever we have to , to keep a loyal customer happy. SPIROS Mica......this is why I drive 18 km to your store wile there is 4 big brand hardware stores within 5 km from my house. The reason why I have been shopping at this store since 1992. Awesome service and VERY knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff .......not on their phones like other stores. Keep up the AWESOME service.

Vistited the store to grab something my boyfriend needed. Temperatures taken at the door. Happy protocols are being follow but the temperature gun was very inaccurate. My boyfriend was first given a temperature of 35 degrees which is very cold and then I was given a 37 degrees temperature and told my temperature was too high to enter. I was immediately concerned as I had my temperature taken multiple times the same day and it was normal. I suggested the temperature gun was faulty and the gentleman told me it was not and that is my temperature and I cant enter. I had my temperature taken immediately after at a restaurant nearby and it measured normal. If I was alone this store would have lost a sale and a customer. Rather poor experience. My boyfriend also did not have a great experience inside the store where staff were listless and very unenthusiatsic.
