Early hours on Saturday I had a break-in at my house. The glass in the bedroom was smashed with a rock. I looked around for someone to assist me to install the glass but because it was the weekend and the glass was not a standard size, no company I called could assist and most were closed for the weekend.Then I contacted Made Glass in Grassy Park and whilst, they, like the others couldnt assist I expected the lady that answered to tell me to call back on Monday morning.Constance from Made Glass went over and above what I expected. She quoted me a reasonable price including installation, said I would get it on Monday. She then proceeded to spend the weekend not only reassuring me that they would come but caring about my state of mind and safety. This morning early she contacted me again to reassure me the glass would be here today.I have very rarely come across such proficiency and professionalism when dealing with a company I have not dealt with before. I wish them all the best for the future and certainly, believe that other companies could take a page out of their book. They are doing something right. Im astounded and enormously pleased with their service and have no hesitation in not only giving them a 5-star rating but to compliment them for employees like Constance.My review is a bit longer as opposed to my others but they are worth it.Thank you from the bottom of my heartI wish you success going forward.

The previous contractors had done a sketchy job with my window handles and cracked a window in the process. I wasnt confident they could repair the glass so I looked for someone else. Called MadeGlass and they came and sorted it out. Alroy, who was alone, made the job look easy, which the previous contractors who were 2, did not. Constance was easy to deal with over the phone and WhatsApp. They squeezed me in on short notice and Alroy was made the job look effortless. Will use them again for sure if needed!

Excellent service, by far the most competitive pricing available - fast, efficient, great communication.They called me back and beat all the other quotes I had, came and installed new plate glass in our window the same day, emailed an invoice and voila. Really grateful for such a painless, easy experience. Lekker!

I received outstanding service from Constance and Alroy! Alroy came out to take exact measurements and quoted me,while I was still waiting for other companies to phone me back! Excellent communication via the office and they arrived on time and did a great job replacing the glass of my tricky window.Highly recommended.

I called them based on the positive reviews below. I needed a window replaced urgently and I called at 11am to try my luck... expecting to have to wait till the next day.But, Alroy came round at 5pm and sorted the problem. Second Review - I have lowered my stars. Made contact again (as my first review mentioned I wouldnt hesitate), and asked for assistance with some aluminium windows but I was never called back. Ended up having to use someone else who wanted the job.Update to owner response: I made contact via telephone not email. I believe I spoke to Constance who indicated Alroy was not available and they would phone me back to discuss. I never received that call back...-----------First interaction & review was 5 starts - Alroy and Constance from Made Glass provided courteous, quick, efficient and professional service for a window handle repair and I would request their services again without hesitation.
