The staff is very helpful, especially W. He went out of his way to assist me, accompanying me to a nearby business to find out if they could help me, but unfortunately that was not to be. I left and went to two glass companies in Bellville, but they couldnt help me. I returned to Emergency glass the next day and W sorted me out. W was fantastic, the way he responded, his attitude was always positive and I highly recommend anyone to do business with Emergency Glass.

They are fantastic! Very fast service, onsite working and leaves a wonderful finished product and reliable! I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future! They are a bit pricey, but SO worth it compared to the time and hassle of the other place I tried 1st.

They have done a couple jobs for me, put up heavy mirrors in my bathroom and serviced and repaired my sliding glass doors! Extremely satisfied with their work!

Telephone didnt work on a sunday so i drove all the way from salt river to the store only to find it closed, yet theyre listed as open 24 hrs and the sign outside the store says 24hrs which is false advertising..
