Pizzas were on point! Great job to the Okavango Romans staff. They were pushing those pizzas out quickly even though it was a busy Friday night.

I am so disappointed on Romans pizza, Two large thick base pizzas we ordered yesterday 25/11/2020 was just dough under the topping. It was my first time buying thick base as I normally buy thin base pizza.

Just bought the special from Okavangi Crossing. Not impressed at all. Sent message to say we will collect at 7pm. Got message back that the order would ready at 6.20pm. Collected at earlier time , although we were not ready. Got home pizza has the incorrect base, thick and doughy not thin base as ordered. Not happy at all doubt that I will ever order form Romans again.Tried calling was kept waiting for ages then automatic call answers telling me I could order on line. Then wait,wait,wait wait,wair wait...wait ,wait then answered by a human told to please hold they would be with me shortly, wait,wait,wait,wait,wait,wait,wait terminated call , Im the customer , dont need to be put on hold a hear other poor soles collecting their orders they did on line like me. Be warned you will be disappointed.

Very disappointed. Was brought the wrong order and they forgot my drink(one of the pizzas was specifically vegetarian and was served bbq Russian instead... Not cool!) the gentleman who delivered promised to go back to the shop and resolve the issue. Has been a day and im yet to hear anything. Very disappointing service.

Quality and taste not the same since re opening , my order today 68 was cold and just not the same as previous orders, really disgusted

Supreme quality

During the covid pandemic, I literally only go here because of the staff. The staff are so conscious of hygiene and still are super friendly. I wont go to another fast food outlet as I dont trust the integrity of their hygiene practices.

Sometimes they forget to ask if i want thick or thin base. Prefer thick base so if they dont ask i forget to specify and end up with thin. Probably my own fault 😛. Pizza is very good value for money.

Overall not that bad... just extremely disappointed about their seafood Pizza went there a couple of times already... and lately every time I went there.. was told they dont have any shrimps to put on the pizza. Clearly that spoils the whole pizza experience... the last time I got the same no Shrimp excuse... I left without any pizza

Waited 20 minutes after placing an order only to find that the order had not even been started. In limbo as to whether to cancel or wait it out to get my money back and free pizza! Decisions, decisions!

Always have good service from this Romans. Had them pick up that they made the incorrect order once. Had to wait 6 mins for another pizza and they gave me the incorrect pizza for the wait.

Just bought 2 pizzas there the base is not even close to crispy. The pizza got way to much salt on. Really really bad experience no wonder they running a special.

Ive been there twice and my last experience was worse than the first. The last time I ordered 2 Regina pizzas, both were literally a mess. The pizzas fell apart. Still raw and tasted more tomato sauce than anything else. Service was slow and VERY unfriendly. YOU wont see me in the near future. But good luck.

It is an amazing place to have a good pizza or pasta. Kids love i t and they often have good discounts or deals. I do believe they one of the best pizza places and more accessible money wise of the area. They have a good variety of pizzas to chose from...they also have a good variety of pastas, lasanha (my favorite), and for those who are watching what they eat they also have a great variety of salads...your can also get your drinks in here. For those who are vegetarians they have a few veggie pizzas and pastas to chose from. Personal are usually friendly and polite. Great place to grab a bite on a sunday when you nit in mood to cook lol

Romans Pizza Okavango always bake their pizza to perfection! Friendly staff who always welcome you with a smile.

My favourites are Fetaroni and Sweet chilli chicken they dont disappoint.

Only been here a couple of times and the some of the staff now me by name. Excellent! Orders take long some time and time estimations arent always accurate , but thats expected as they get super busy.
