So I ordered and paid for spicy Cajun meal and received what looks like a cheese burger. Horrible pattie, burned and such thick onions but nevertheless I asked and paid for Cajun meal and I didnt receive it and only saw when I got home

Not the first time… but certainly the last time that McDonald’s haasendal will ruin our dinner.After arriving home from collecting our meal from the drive thru, an extra Big Mac burger and fries, was not in the bag..I then had the choice of either telling one of my kids that they weren’t eating McDonald’s that night or getting back into my car and driving all the way back or giving up my meal… of course I give up my meal to my kid and make a sandwich for dinner.Upon attempting to call the store on any of the advertised numbers, I find that it’s impossible to find one that works.After taking my money and not providing the product (once again), I guarantee that I will never visit that store nor any other McDonald’s nearby in case under the same ownership.

Forgot the person that helped me but i ordered my food and left and the lady so me while i was leaving when my food was ready she kept it warm till i was back. Thank you to that lady it was on the 4th of October around 3pm she was the only one taking orders.

I had my meal in the sit down area and watched the people come in and out.Macdonalds yes you do have a register at the entrance as well as sanitizer. But for the entire time I sat here not even one person sanitized or completed the register. There are many people entering the store. Maybe you should have someone at the entrance to make sure everyone sanitize at least.Food on the other hand was delicious. Thank you

So we use the McDonalds app for the first time. Dont thinks i will order McDonalds any time soon again.The lady at the till got the order wrong, fixed it and when we got the food........ The oder was wrong. Started eating and trying to sort out the order but cold food suvks. Specially the fries.

Ordered an amazing meal today, quick, convenient and tasty. Then wanted to take away some chicken nuggies for my little sister and the staff start laughing and bad mouthing my order. Distasteful.

Quick service, upsized meal but fries were less than regular meal. Overall it was ok.

Good morning I had a very unpleasant experience with your food last night. My daughter purchased a meal from your franchise around pass 5. later the evening when we got home she experiencing a runny tummy and also vomiting. I had her at the dr this morning and they confirmed that it is food poisoning unfortunately

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience tonight. After waiting about 30 mins in line they messed up our order. After confirming our order three times with the lady who each time got it wrong, they still messed it up! One of us get to go home without a meal tonight. Stood waiting at the window to collect our food and none of the staff had the decency to tell us nothing would be done about the situation. Upset telling her how the hell can nothing be done weve been waiting for 30 minutes she has the worst attitude ! I am so disgusted in the attitude and service experienced tonight absolutely appalling

We have visited this outlet many a times with good memories. Tonight was a total night mare. I waited for more than 20 min. The restaurant was dirty and unorganised. Pepsi was out of stock and when I finally received my meal it was cold. What a disappointment

Waited 50 minutes for a simple order.I got 2 mini chicken burgers instead of chilli cheese beef burgers. I ordered a Spicy Grand Chicken Burger and received a fish fillet patty. McFlurry was basically milk. Worst experience ever at Durbanville McDonalds.

Both 2 cones and had to wait really long in the Q for it. The order and serve system not really great if something small like a cone is in the Q

Staff does not always complete your order correctly and the manager isnt very helpful, but if your order comes out correctly your food will be delicious.

There always seems to be a problem with the ice machine.On one occasion the store experienced shortages of water which implied that they would no longer be serving soft beverages with meals.Nevertheless staff provided customers with other alternatives

Small but quick service and open until late. The best part is they havent automated yet with the self service terminals meaning it still creates jobs. Thats why I like this one.

I have never written a Google review before this but I am furious about the service and food I received at McDonalds Cape Gate. First off, I was told they has no milkshakes. Okay fine, it happens but then I got a flat coke and a stale English muffin. My husbands fries were undercooked and his burger fell out of the box because it was poorly folded and torn. Seriously, I get that the food industry is a tiring job but have a little pride in your work. The staff was rude and nonchalant about their subpar product.

Excellent service, fast and efficient. Watched a late show at the movies and staff was eager and energetic even tho it was almost closing time. Food quality is what the standard of Mcds should be.

McDonalds Cape Gate runs out of cooldrink (dispenser) which comes with the meal btw, then expects us to pay extra to replace the cooldrink with a juice box....😦. A milkshake I would understand but a juice box...
