One of the most unpleasant experiences ever. The technician is in unknowledgeable, underqualified and a liar.After handing my newly purchased laptop in for a minor keyboard fix, it took 4 weeks for the branch to admit that they hadn’t even submitted the laptop for repairs in the first place. No effort has been made at all to rectify the problem at all and now I am sitting with the same problem, 4 weeks later! I cannot recommend this company and especially this branch to anyone. Take your business anywhere BUT HERE!
I walked in, told them what I want and they were more than happy to help me. Excellent service. Will come back if I need any electronics!
I received very good service from Whale Coast Mall branch Manager and team yesterday when i had to return a purchase as i had bought the wrong type.
Neither the technician nor the manager is helpful or responsive at Hermanus Malls shop if you bring a faulty laptop for repair. Ignored my calls and emails. Shoddy customer service.
I placed an online order for collection at the shop. I received an SMS that my order was ready for collection, but the manager of the store denied any knowledge of this, repeatedly saying it is not on his dashboard although I showed him the SMS I received. Almost an hour later, and with him using my phone to speak to online sales because apparently he couldnt get a hold of them using the shops phone, no resolve, and I still dont have my paid for item. Ive had no choice but to cancel my order and now I am waiting for a refund.

Incredible connection is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had!!! Bought a product 4weeks ago and still not here, every time I phone them it cost me R100 to finally speak to someone and then they just they will escalate the issue... Paid R3000 for product and still no sign of it!!! Wonder if they will ever give me my goods!!? Or did they just steal R3000 from me??
Went there to buy a laptop on credit, its been 2 weeks still waiting and they dont even have stock! Dont waste your time go to a other company.
Surprised the manager is still employed. Not friendly and have no idea what they are selling. I know of 2 people who bought a Laptop and printer, get this sold as new, rather demo or returned stock. Printer used in-store clearly not in a brand new state and laptop had another users data on. Complained to head office. To this day still waiting for feed back.

I purchased a dash cam some four months ago .The units on / off switch failed causing the vehicles battery to go flat.I returned the product with a copy of the original sales invoice two weeks ago.I have not even had the courtesy of a follow up courtesy call.Take a lot has a far better no quibble returns policy.
Ive been waiting more than a month to have an insurance report answered.I phoned the shop about 8 times today and asked for a feedback! Given my number over and over, nobody knows anything about this? The phones have been ringing non stop and when your call gets answered you cant hear anything.
I bought a Harman Kardon play+go and the box was incomplete there is no charger in the box would not recommend the store😡

Only thing it is good for is buying off the shelves. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Orders never get fulfilled. No one ever gets back to you when you request help with a query

Initial sales service is good but follow up service when returning faulty goods after 2 days leaves one with one with the feeling I will never purchase there again.
