Cool store if you are into games! They have some merch and figurines as well, but their collection of games they stock is great and their prices are very often better than the prices at BT Games. They also have second hand games that are a bit cheaper if youre on a budget but still want to play the newer titles. Another option they have is to trade in your old games, and then buy a new game with the credits. Staff always greet you when entering and ask if you need any assistance. They will also let you know if there are any sales happening at the time.

Fantastic store, that went above and beyond to assist me. Mohammed went out of his way to accommodate me and assist in resolving an order that was placed during the terrible riots happening in our country. They kept to their word, and managed to resolve everything and get me my product in way less time than I expected.

I bought a gaming chair for R4500, the day I assembled the chair, after sitting on it, the leg snapped, after being told by 2 different staff members that the chair is rated for 200kg, the chair broke and I don’t weigh anywhere near the said 200kg. The service I received when phoning the Canal Walk branch to resolve this issue was atrocious, I was told to wait with no decent reason. The lack of problem solving by a so called manager is disgusting and this is definitely the last time I will ever buy anything from this store! Next time I’ll go elsewhere! Very quick to take my money but no process in place to sort out issues that were clearly created by a manufacturing defect.

A person would think that a retailer would provide payment options, such as credit card budget facilities to pay for something. I missed the opportunity to buy the current ps5 bundle in your Canal Walk store, asking the cashier to ring it up in budget, and he says the bidvest machine doesnt do budget facility??? My gosh!!

Great Prices and Helpful Staff

So I went to buy crew 2 and it was sealed but when I opened it in the car there was a complete different game there service is so trash and the fact that he tried to argue is just absolutely disgusting. So I would advise you dont go buy from them if you dont want to be scammed he is luck my mom went to return it other wise I would of taken his fricken head off. If 0 stars where a option I would do it gladly
