Mtn zevenwacht mall has very unfriendly consultants, opening times on the door is 8am but when you get there they say its 9am.the consultant does not even greet their clients, just said in a rude manner, WE OPEN AT 9AM, HOW RUDE!!!, simple client service etiquette is to greet before you ask on a rude way. Very unprofessional, ended up going to cape gate mtn

It was quick and easy just frustrated that I had to go into MTN to pay my account because my debit did not go off and suppost to go off the 1st May. I understand the public holiday but its been 3 days already.

Was not happy with zevenwacht mtn at all was there had to wait long as thr was only 2 consultants whn I finally got to see a consultant he gave me a bad service. All I wanted him to do is just to set my phone and u bock all the blocked numbers and see if the settings was all right as I couldnt receive any calls or msgs from contacts tht wasnt saved to my contact list. He insisted that it was right and sent me on my way yes I had to fix my own settings as it wasnt done by the consultant. They are very unfriendly and unwelcoming never again will I go to tht store

The worst service you can get from Mtn. Myself and 2 other family members were turned away on different occasions with contract issues they didnt want to help with. Only to go to another mtn where they helped us swiftly with no problems. And thanks Bryan for you poor service you make mtn zevenwacht look bad. Thats from 3 family members that knows your name.

Very unhappy waiting outside in the line when inside 1x cashier when out coming back with coffee other x2 busy to chat the one coming back with coffee saying next and help me am 63 year had a back operation and I feel to cry from pain .I just say thank you and walk out.I feel why didnt she first help me before go and buy coffee

These people in the store need more training when it comes to customer care, and service quality, always busy on their phones que outside and busy talking, l dont understand if the client apply for a contract they dont even inform you whether u qualify or not if you call they dont pickup the phone, eish the service its extremely poor

I have taken an upgrade in March this year that was for a note 4. The handset was faulty and we took it back on the 1 st July I then called the repair center and they advised me I should get a new phone gave me a ref number I went back to the store a week after that the store adviser told me that no note 4 In stock they would have to source me 1 out they would call me back no call back 2 nd time went to the store still no note 4 available adviser tried to call around and find me 1 they had 10 in canal walk she called adviser in canal walk not aware of the 10 would check and call back I was told I would get a callback again no call back today on the 30 Of JULY I HAD TO GO BACK IN THE STORE AGAIN TOO BE TOLD AGAIN NO STOCK and I should go to the diff stores thats availabl at which is ridiculous I have been patient for almost a month now this is really pathetic and such bad service to have been such a loyal customer over years and to be treated like this Appalling.I have now been without a phone for a month had to use a an old phone

Bought a phone and the consultant gave me the wrong specs and upon returning it after discovering it later i was told that they could not exchange it as it was my fault when i specifically told her which specs i was looking for upon request.
