Worst company ever, dont ever use them! 3 months ago my Samsung tumble dryer stopped working after they fixed it a month ago with a noise problem. They came to fetch my unit again, ordered parts, couldnt get parts & didnt deliver my unit. Their workshop burned down while my unit was in it, spoke to Neil & Nadia, now they are saying I need to claim from my home insurance, they will only provide me with a insurance certificate. Can you believe these people? Dont take responsibility of their own actions & the customer is now @ fault because of their own incompetence

In 2020, a crack commando unit was sent my working monitor for cosmetic repairs to the plastic rear backing.These folks, promptly due to negligence, cracked the LCDand quoted me a repair bill more than the monitor was worth.After much back and forth LG instructed them to fix it but they have gone into the underground.If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you want someone to make it much worse...maybe you should hire The B-Team.LG and Brainwave/Liptronics are the worst at professionalism and Customer Care

I had my monitor fixed. I then went to fetch it but they closed the store because of the looting. That is understandable. But when I received my item, I had had so much troubles trying to receive it. When I opened it at home, they never returned my power cable.

Literally the worst experience ever. Cannot believe Samsung uses them. Unresponsive on email, do not call back when they say they will. They have had my washing machine 3 times since February each time keeping it for 2 weeks or more and have still not been able to fix the issue. They refuse to escalate it with Samsung “as it will make them look bad” is what they said. They are rude and incompetent and I am still fighting with them going onto 5 months now.

Waiting almost 2 months to have my Samsung microwave to be repaired. Had to send it back a 2nd time because the reported fault was not repaired & I am still waiting. Really not impressed with the lack of service or urgency.

Im totally disappointed in the fridge filter they first sold me. Complete new filter which I couldnt figure out how to use and when I took it back for the older model they still had stock of, they refused to refund me for the incorrect model they gave me because they said I broke it but could glue it back on to be used again.

Very slow and expensive. They sent a technician, he was literally 5 mins, said my motor needs replacing. Had to pay R700 and nothing was done, bo labour was used. They more expensive than a specialist

I recently asked Liptronics to attend to a faulty sound bar that I dropped off with them. They came back to me within a few days as promised. Although my soundbar couldnt be repaired due to parts no longer made for that particular model, the matter was still handled very professionally. I even received a follow up mail form the owner, Neels Van Wyk. Its great to see there are still companies where owners are involved with day to day running of the business. Well done guys.

Phone is NEVER answered. Called multiple times. Went in and found 3 people behind desks chatting away.Half way between being helped lady clearly got bored and ushered me to a different lady.Order placed. Told they’ll let me know when part will arrive. May take 2 days. 2 weeks later and still waiting.

No face masks or concern for Covid in their very small shop. My daughter on chemo and had to be with me as no-one to look after her at home. I was so flabbergasted and unfortunately nowhere else to get my part or I would have left immediately without purchasing. Samsung should find a new company!

I took 2 sensors of my Samsung double door fridge in for them to check if it was faulty. Clinton told me they cannot test it as I have to log a callout and pay R700 for the sensor to be replaced. These guys are only out to make money. I hope to spare others the frustration of dealing with these guys. I definitely wont be buying Samsung again.

Not at all impressed with the service..Took my microwave in which I had for only 2 months and its two weeks later. Not a single phone call or update on the progress of the repair, though I was told on two occasions, that they would give me a call to keep me updated. Not very nice to give the customer the runaround...

They fixed my TV outside of its warranty without giving me a quote and told me to collect, upon collection they tell me I cant get the tv because there is no invoice, basically they fixed the tv without my permission and cant give my tv back because they cant even tell me how much it costs... poor service

As a Samsung authorized appliance repair Centre, Liptronics is without any doubt the worst and most unprofessional company Ive had to deal with in terms of appliance repairs. I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again because I would not want to deal with these people again should I need a repair. This is an honest review and Im hoping to spare anybody the frustration of dealing with this co. Phones ring forever, they dont follow up after paying a callout fee, and worst of all, you cannot get a half decent & correct invoice out of them, having asked numerous times. The admin is shocking.

Liptronics must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The phone rings and cuts out. When you finally get through to them they promise to get back to you but dont. I finally became so frustrated that I took my washing machine to them instead of waiting for the technician to come to me. I an very disappointed with Samsungs after sales service through these guys. Probably one of the worst customer experiences ever for something simple.This company seems to be outsourced by Samsung.. between both companies it has taken over 3.5 weeks to get someone to come check a fridge that was affected by loadshedding.After 3 weeks of waiting, someone finally showed up for the whole of 7 minutes to mumble something about an inverter board. I was promised a quote and a call... 4 calls later (from me to them), I was told I was to pay for the board and a call out fee.. I did not want them to deal with company, so I simply asked for the part... they did not mention the call out fee also had to be paid... Thank you Nadia for that rude and abrupt explanation.Finally got through to Neil, a supposedly manager who promised a call back today, in roughly 30 minutes... the wait continues. Lets see how it goes... the saga continues

Heading: Liptronics/Samsung - quick to take your money and not deliver.I have been trying to get a repair done by Liptronics on my Samsung machine for over 8 weeks after paying the mandatory R700 callout fee.Their technician advised that it was simply a bearing needing to be replaced at that cost would be low. A week later we were quoted R850 for the replacement of the entire motor. We requested just a bearing replacement and they refused to do the work.I contacted Samsung directly and they refuse to give us the cost of the part because they are aware that their dealers are robbing the public blind.After accepting my fate and agreeing to pay the R850.00 they then sent a new quote for over R2000 for the same job and “have no record” of the original quote despite it stating the original was declined by me on the new quote.The owner Neels has no interest in assisting as he is the only Samsung dealer in the Western Cape and Samsung themselves are complicit in the over charging of customers in this time of economic dire straights due to COVID-19. I will never purchase another Samsung product and warn anyone against the use of Liptronics.

This company has NO pride in their work and there is NO customer service! I have been waiting for a week for an estimate on a part. I have contacted them 4 times already. I have even spoken to the manager on Saturday. Still nothing! I have tried 5 times this morning to contact them. The automatic switchboard picks up - you choose your option - it rings and rings until it cuts off! I om so frustrated! Shame on you Liptronics. You dont deserve any star!

I have had the most disastrous attempt at getting any assistance. I tried to get spares and was told someone would call back. this was 9:32. at 13:55 I called back to follow up and three put downs, 2 holds later and I finally get a manager. So so bad service. does not deserve even the one star.

My Samsung front loader washing machine door lock broke. I called Samsung SA who referred Liptronics. After I called them to log the fault, they act immediately and came out to look at problem. I paid then the R650 call out fee. After that, it took them 1 and half months to come and install the new lock. After numerous calls, emails and more phone calls a lady with the name of Kaylee phoned me back with an update and asked if she can order the R85 part to install. Really? Thank goodness they came to fix it soon hereafter.

Dont bother calling them they wont answer you ..I had question regarding my washing machine and after phoning and phoning (without an answer ) I wrote them an email which after 10 days (in a mean time I bought another name brand )they answered me asking me what part I need. They should close up shop. Have absolutely no idea what they doing . Customer service is non existent. Empty promises. Make you pay a R250 booking fee and promise feedback within 3 working days. After 2 weeks i had to fetch my Amp as the technician still hadnt check it out. This after numerous calls (if you can get through to anyone) and visits to their branch. And do you think i got my R250 back? No!. Front end staff is a joke. Typical factory mentality. They can only capture something on the system, further than that, they cannot use their brains. How Samsung is connected to these people is beyond me. Do not leave your appliance with them. You WILL regret it!

Samsung should reconsider having Liptronics as one of their recommended repair centres/agents. I have made numerous phone calls and sent emails to my allocated service representive and not a single message or email was returned.After nearly 2.5 weeks Im now doing Liptronics work and taking the issue up with Samsung. It took me one phone call to resolve the matter.Terrible experience. Rather find a supplier with a 4.5 or 5 star rating on Google. One look at this feed on their Google My Business listing and one understand why Im as fed up as I am.

Not sure I can allocate any to stars to this rating. the only reason I gave them 1 is because you cannot post a review without doing so.I previously did manage to get Liptronic to fix my washing machine but only after an extremely frustrating and trying engagement. a year later I have exactly the same problem with the machine.firstly they nearly impossible to get hold of by phone. no one seems to operate their switchboard.they dont honour the appointment for a call out. there is no advance notification that cannot commit to the appointment.how a company like Samsung can designate such a poor service friendly company to represent them is unbelievable. I certainly will not purchase another Samsung appliance again.

You dont even deserve this one star.Called on Wednesday morning to get a technician to come out. The lady took my number as she was to busy to talk to me. (Mind you a paying customer). She never called me back. I called back again later to log a call. She took my details and gave me a job nr. 204060. She told me call out time is 48hrs. Today is Friday and I expect a call to say what time they can come. At just after 12, I called to hear what is going on. She told me that they can only come on Monday. Which is unacceptable as they didnt even have the decency to call me and tell me that. Should I smell....... I called to complain then the manager dont even call you. Called again to follow up why the manager dont return my call. I told the lady that answered the phone I want to complain about the lady that log the call. Then she put me through to her..... how stupid. On hold for some time to out me through to the manager... after a while Im being told that he is out on Lunch (now this is 2:15 already..... wonder if they take lunch the whole day). Furious by now eventually the lady said that she dont have any word for me... we both said bye, but she didnt make sure that she dropped the call before she laughed at the conversation we just had. This is the worst company and I seriously cannot believe that a brand such as Samsung continuous to affiliate themselves with this terribly incompetent repair company. I waited since December 2018 for them to repair my fridge. They never ever call you. I phoned them endlessly. When they cannot resolve your problem, they say their system says that the repair has been completed. What a joke of a company. Dont buy Samsung products if we are let down this way.

I cant believe that Samsung authorizes their service! They deserve negative star rating. My TV worked only for 1 hour after their service and they refused to refund. They dont keep up any promises, you cant get through to them and when it happens they cant give you any information, promise to call you back but it never happens. This service is a scam!!!!
