Known Mark for many years since my PS1 days. Never had a broken console, but whatever minor touch ups I needed done on them or my console accessories Mark always delivered. Most recently my PS4 controller was unresponsive in-game, took it to Mark and within minutes it was fixed.SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!

Took the kiddos console for repairs. They forced something into the disk drive causing scratches and a read disk error. Repair done perfectly (Fixed within 72Hrs)! Stellar chap! Would rate 5stars if communication was a bit better (perhaps need a half day lady or a savvy domestic to assist with progress updates, or perhaps list an estimated lead time on the website based on the most common repair types).

My console crashed. Was dead for 2 weeks and then I decided to take it to Mark the console doctor. Withing 24hrs I had my console back up and running. Best service ever.

Sadly I looked at these reviews and expected excellent service. But I found myself experiencing what the minority of reviews have reported. Multiple phone calls and whatsapp messages from me with no results. Months of nothing. And then I eventually took my console to Games4u and it was fixed in a week. Not to mention, he lost my battery brick and then gave me two broken ones and said mine was probably broken (even though when I brought the console, he said the battery was fine). Seems like a nice guy but I wont be going back with future consoles.

Surprised to see such a lot of positive reviews. My console has been receiving attention for close to a year now. No replies to my messages and when I eventually receive any its not done yet. I have given up and sadly this was my last hope for my console to be repaired.

Mark is amazing. Took my PS4 in for a faulty power supply at about lunch time, it was ready by the end of the same day. Then I did an update and it wouldn’t turn on again. Took it back to him and it was done again within an hour. It’s working hundreds now, very happy with the service.

I was a bit apprehensive at first because this is someones house but it all turned out fine. Took my broken ps4 controller here. Had to call up to find out what was going on with my controller a few times. Got it back eventually... Unfixed because couldnt get a replacement part. No charge though because he couldnt fix it.

My PS3 was there for 3 months and I had to constantly ask on WhatsApp for updates regarding my console. After the long wait the console wasnt fix so I went to Kieltec in town and after 1 day my console is working no problem! Very disappointed in the service I got from Mark.

Super Fast, friendly and really knows what hes doing. Bought a console off Gumtree that seller disclosed didnt read discs. Turns out the console was tampered with, which the seller says he was unaware of(unlikely, but whatever). Anyways, I almost wasted R3k untill mark repaired the console for me.
