Dont go here. I had to go back 5 separate times to 2 different branches for them to open my phone 5 times.Issues i got the phone back with:--> My proximity sensor not working--> My volume up button not clicking in anymore--> Fingerprints inside my camera glass on lens that they said they couldnt clean or they would damage my phone more.--> Bits of glue coming out the side of my phone cover so its not stuck down flush anymore.--> Scratches across my camera which they said after repair 4, could not of been them.Only to be told on the 5th repair they MIGHT break my back screen glass during repair and I would need to pay for it if they do.--> Then because they had to replace my screen they said I needed to buy a new screen guard from them even though I bought one with the new screen they had to replace.Friendly staff but not good at phone repairs. Go somewhere else.

Customer service was excellent from kirsten. Phone looks and feels brand new. Performance is better than before and would never say screen was repaired. Waiting time for repair was about an hour which is very impressive. Will definitely do business here again going forward.

After going to the iStore to find out about having the camera 📸 unit on my iPhone 8 Plus repaired / replaced, and being told 1 week turnaround and R 2500 for the repair… I was jubilant at the 90 minute turnaround and cheaper price tag at The Real Repair Company - Waterfront. Great service from good people. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience. The customer service was great, but what made this experience awesome was the customer care - in making sure that my device was in good working condition when I left. I will recommend anyone too The Real Repair Company.

We made appointments and travelled all the way to Tygerberg to trade in all our phones and get upgrades. After standing in the queue, we were simply told that no technician was available. After enquiring about alternatives we were directed to iStore in V&A. After more queuing we got the same answer… come back tomorrow. On the way back to the car we spotted the little repair kiosk outside PnP. On a whim I tried… 60 min later we had new batteries and screens fitted, new covers and screen protectors and charging cables, for less than the price any phone!! Fantastic service, attentive, friendly, skilled!!, I do not have enough words. Go there, they will sort you out, because they CANSun 25/07/2021

Great service at a good price in a fast time. Couldnt be more happy with my experience here. Far easier than getting phone repairs done at the iStore.

I went to get my phone to get a screen cover.. The guy was assisting me then a girl came, took my phone to put a plastic over it for protection. She returned it with so much bubbles, clearly extremely unprofessional to leave with customers phone. I said this is not perfect and they advised I should give it 24hrs. After 24hrs the bubbles were still there. I went back to the Waterfront to get a refund and they refused. I am still waiting on my refund!This is not the place to get your phones fixed. Their prices are extortionately expensive and a huge ripoff. Neverever again and will NEVER RECOMMEND. Rather go to the corner cellphone shop, they have more flexibility and experience.

Shocking service. I took my phone in to get the screen replaced on Wednesday. I was told the claim from my insurance would take two days and then my phone could be repaired.On Friday I tried for an hour to get a hold of someone at the kiosk. No answer.On Saturday I went in personally to see what was happening with my phone. They told me they couldnt get hold of my insurance for the claim. I phoned my insurance and immediately got someone to attend to the matter. I was then told by Mishka that I would be able to fetch my phone later that day if my claim had been approved. When I phoned back an hour later to find out what was happening they told me I had to wait until Monday at least as they did not have stock of my phones colour. When I told them that their service was not acceptable, I was laughed at over the phone. Nobody followed up with me once, I had to contact the kiosk each time. Very poor communication with customers and then disrespectful as well! Rather go somewhere else for repair needs!

Worst company I heave come across...repaired my iPhone screen for R3000 about 3 months ago and it suddenly stops working.. I took my phone in thinking they would replace the screen since there isn’t even a crack on my screen and have always had my cover on my iPhone. They claim they can’t replace my screen as there is “physical damage “on my screen and by physical damage I mean one little scratch you can hardly see.. not once was it mentioned to me that a little scratch on the opposite side of where the screen doesn’t work will take away my warranty... the company claims they provide a lifetime warranty on their repairs but they will always try and find a way to make you pay more. Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone rather go to apple if you need a repair...

Have the iPhone 6 display replaced; Was not tested and we were in a hurry; turned out display defective; the next day it was exchanged again free of charge, but with a display that was significantly poorer in quality. I wouldnt have a new iPhone repaired there; it was enough for my cucumber
