The owners, Neil and Eugene, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you have any auto electrical issue that others cannot fix, they would be able to. You pay a bit more for their expertise, but, then again, you should expect that just as you can expect better work from them. Their customer service is good.

It started with friendly service but I was left with a bitter experience. For my part, I should have insisted on a quote, but I assumed, given the nature of the repair, that it would not be pricey. I was wrong. I was charged R1950 to repair my car door lock mechanism. I called another shop who said that they would charge R400 for this job (R200 for labour, R200 for spring adjustment). I feel that the value offering is terrible.Lesson: insist on a quote beforehand. Shop around.

I went yesterday to a garage key, I was told it will take a maximum 2 hours. As I was rushing for work, I asked to make it today.I went today early morning, I dropped the key at around 08h50. Past 11h I went there, the man is serving other people which I dont mind. But as I asked for my keys just to found out that he was still busy making it.I explain after 5 minutes that could not wait anymore because I had a child in the car and I was also rushing for work.The gentleman asked me to pay so long, I refused and requested my original key to comme back tomorrow bacause I thought 2 hours after I will get my key and this was not the case.All the staff were in the support of this gentleman who told me that I was looking to start a problem.And one other lady customer who was also colored like the gentleman helping supported him.No appologies or anything, rather bad, and unacceptable remarks like: just take the key they are done now!.I regret why I went there in the first place, but I am not surprised anyway....

Charged me R2500 for trying to program a BCM module and after that i still had to go to the agents, lots of excuses on what is wrong but no result. Will never go back as he did nothing to the new module. Pluged it in afterwords and the car did not even want to start. They dont call back on messages and dont give feedback on progress. When you call they are always out. When i ask for a refund, i was told about the time they spend on trying to program te module. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend them to anyone

Blew my ecu and charged me 950 bucks to cut a key

Very bad experience first I took my key to fix it he says if I cant fix will not charge you its will be free and if you need new key will cost R3200 however I took the key and he told me was fixed I paid R850 when I went home to start the car didnt start was just lock and and lock the car but the car dosent start I went again to him he ask me to bring ignition to him I went home and took it out of the car he told me next day will be ready next day I went there to fetch my key he told me is not working we couldnt fix it you need new key and will cost you 3500 after which is R300 more expensive more than told me the day before he said I will give you R500 refund when I ask for R500 to take it he said I meant discount not refund so I have to pay more R3000 to get new key and in other shops asked for R3300 for new key but he refused to refund R500 to make it there really bad experience I will never go there again I wish if can give them 0 star in total I spent R3850 wasting time and money

My father in law went to have keys cut and none of the keys worked. He then went back to ask for a refund the manager was arrogant and said they will only give him new keys. The 2nd set of keys didnt work either. After a very unpleasant altercation from his first visit he decided just not to go back, let it go and look for another key place.

After a while, the remote control was given back to us, with the words: It costs nothing; go test if it But when we wanted to open our gate, the remote control was still not working. We felt we were wasting our time driving all the way from Durbanville to Bellville. We were still having the same problem.
