Xbox 360 had dreaded red light after sound tech told me to throw my xbox away cause it was finished i stumbled upon Kieltec, took it to them and the very next day it was fixed and its been running as if it was just unboxed . They are Legit.

Good: The saving grace for me was their service.Issues experienced:I sent my ps4 with my friend from Swaziland to Cape Town with an HDMI port issue. A week and a half later i received it back experiencing the exact same problems. NOTHING HAD CHANGED. I spent 1,200 Rand on repairs with no value for the money.I later wrote to them when i found the issue and the solution i got was to send it back to them. Shipping it there and back would cost me another 1,000 Rand so that was extremely unhelpful.All in all, I would not recommend using them if you do not have easy access to the store. Otherwise customer service seems alright and they seem willing to help.
