The consideration of a well placed call to ensure I was home, ensured the gorgeous basket packed with all sorts of glorious goods, selected as a bespoke hamper, was happily received. I placed an order from Australia for a selection of goodies to be delivered to my grandmother for her 90th birthday. The customer experience and communication was excellent - Joachim and the team were very accommodating in delivering the hamper at a particular time and even included a personal note from us.
