The Good: When I contacted their customer support to enquire the date of arrival of my package as well as to amend some of my delivery instructions they were very polite and professional and were able to help me in a quick and efficient manner. Despite only using their economy shipping service my package arrived 2 days ahead of schedule and in a timely manner considering the distances involved. Finally their delivery driver was also very friendly and efficient.The Bad: They do not provide a estimated arrival date on their package tracker and their website is very outdated.All things considered I would definitely use them again.

Delivery Not Recieved.One of the most dissapointing and dishonest encounters we have ever had with a courier company.Be warned not to use this company.We send many items around the country, our latest and most impressive was recently by Aramax which did a same day service (in covid, with riots to an out lying area and without any issues) Try them...Enduring more than 4,5 hours of phone time trying to unravel their inefficiencies.This company is inept and incapable to resolve the issues they create.Call center hangs up and does not return calls.They dont call on arrival at destination.They dont deliver when they say they will.Delayed delivery without notice to both sender or recipient.Multiple untruths about reason for non-delivery.BUT - above all primariy the devastation that this company caused us, by not honouring its service agreement was so profound, to which they did not respond with a resolution.Never ever again.I would go so far to say they should no longer be allowed to trade under the pretence of the delivery service they claim to offer.We have still not recieved our delivery....we are not sure we will.We are STILL awaiting a delivery.

Make sure when you purchase an item online the courier is not Courierit. Hifi Corp is one of them. Agent made a mistake by not sending out items promises to do it next day and makes the exact same mistake the following day. Then they blatently lie to cover up story by saying items are damaged. 5 minutes later it cant be delivered because i stay in a high risk area. Lets see what tomorrow brings...

You really dont deserve any stars. Your driver was supposed to deliver my important package today and he just never showed and then had the audacity to say I wasnt available. How can someone not be available if you never phoned? I phoned 3 times today and even gave an alternative number and still the driver did not phone me. Now because of your incompetence I have to wait till Monday or even longer if I read the bad reviews. Youve been getting so much bad reviews and still you do nothing about it. If your divers dont want to do their jobs then get people who want to do it or close your doors. This is totally unacceptable

Horrible service! They somehow managed to change the delivery address, causing my package to end up nearly 600km from where it should be. After multiple call to resolve this issue, I was promised a call back at least 5 times, yet I received none! When asked to speek to a supervisor or manager, I was refused. The lady helping me (Lee) the continued to raise her voice at me, and cut the call.This is unacceptable customer service! I would never recommend this courier to anyone!!It has now been a week without me receiving my package!!!

From thursday 18 feb I have been waiting at home till 17h00 because Iget the messages that the delivery will be that day, before 17h00. After the 3rd day of waiting for nothing, I called customer service to hear that they have given the goodies to another company. So I asked why they then promise 3 days in a row, and also visible on the tracking site, that it is on its way? She didnt have an answer and asked for my tel no... (dont they have that already, just like the address and email address? Anyway, she promised to call back, and just like with the other customers I see on this page, she did not call back. Havent come across any company yet with such blatant disdain for its customers. Truly appalling.

I spoke to at least 5 different employees who literally did nothing except say they would call me back and never did.I had to stay at home every day because every employee told me that they would get my package delivered that day. I made quite a large order with TFG online and this Courier It company is delivering the order to me in Lamberts Bay.I received a sms saying the parcel is out on delivery and will be delivered yesterday and as asked i was required to be home. I put my plans on hold to be home.The parcel does not arrive, i call in only to be told they are trying to get it to me and if they cannot by the end of the day then they will definitely have it delivered by the next day.The next day comes and at 14:00 i call in again to ask where the parcel is only to be told it will be delivered Monday.I had to put plans on hold AGAIN to be home. Had it been communicated that the parcel would only be here Monday then i could have been patient.No email sent outNo callNo smsNOTHING.I am expected to follow up because of terrible service and communication on their side.I will never again use courier it and no longer will i support TFG seeing as they work with this terrible company.Let us see if my parcel arrives Monday.New edit here: please spot the commercial idiotic response below. Company had my order since Wednesday (3 days now), I had to go online to see that there was a delivery exception due to an address problem. I had to call your customer service to confirm that it is correct. I had to ask if they need my number as well. and now I have to wait another 3 days for my order to be delivered because of your drivers that cant find an address that no other courier company had an issue using. All my info is correct, this shouldnt be an excuse every time my order gets delayed.

Good day. Ive been waiting for over. Week for my parcel to be delivered. When Im tracking the parcel it was given to the driver a few days ago already and every day I get an sms stating my parcel will be delivered today I must make sure the address is correct.Your driver phones me at 7 to tell me I have to go to our local shop to get NY parcel as he cant enter my street. Note the shop is two streets away. He then went on to tell me I must send someone to pick up my parcel. Koodoo notified me that the parcel is with CourierIt (since yesterday), but still unable to track it on CourierIts website. I called courier it to track my delivery and they said I am unsure it should get to you today. Which was super vague and unhelpful. I think people shouldnt use them and use better options like FastWay and Courier Guy. Rather pay a little more and get a reliable courier. Stay safe, Stay away. I ordered online at HiFi corp and they used CourierIT to deliver my parcel. At first they got my address wrong so they could not dispatch my parcel. They didnt do anything about it so I ended up calling them and after a long hassle and R70 airtime the problem was sorted. The review was originally 1-star but a very apologetic manager(I think) phoned me to apologize and they made a special delivery on a Saturday morning and the driver was extremely friendly so therefore 3 stars.

Avoid using Courier It for anything urgent or important. Support does not return queries (the 1 out of 10 times someone actually picks up). Couriers do not show up on the dates or slots communicated. Tomorrow will be the 3rd day of waiting for a delivery - what a way to spend a December holiday. 1st day they just didnt show up at all. 2nd day they tried to deliver in a slot different to the one communicated. Agreed to come back later but never did. Driver rejects calls, he probably knows its a disgruntled client. They must have many of those.

My parcel was dispatched on Monday in Durban to be delivered by Wednesday in Cape Town. On Friday I phoned various times, after tthere were no update on the online tracking, with people promising to phone me back with an answer. I had to phone 3 more times to get an answer. This morning I phoned again as the parcel was promised to be delivered before 9am, no parcel. Keep on phoning with no answer at the call centre. Worst courier service Ive ever dealt with.

Parcel lost, tracking says it was never picked up 5 days ago - shipper says it was. Cape Town office cant decide where it is. I was told a few times its in East London. Where do I start. The AAA number and OTP number provided is incorrect. When trying to track on the system it continuously give a message your data provided is incorrect. Parcel scheduled for delivery - just dont get delivered. Lodged a ticket number as they say - no response. AT the very least, when you provide a tracking number via sms and the customer clicks on the link - it should link to YOUR parcel. pis poor service.

Shocking service! I was told at 12pm to be at home so they can deliver my telkom phone before 2pm. So I leave work to ensure I am home. 2pm I phone and they say driver is on his way . 2.30pm He is in the area. 3pm he is still coming. 4pm his phone is off, hes not coming today.This happens many times with this company. Last year the driver said he came to my place twice when he didnt. They dont give you a set time for delivery and come when they want. Why does Telkom use this shocking service?

What an AWFUL experience! No communication - cannot get hold of someone for over an hour, even left a message but nothing.All my tracking information shows the change in address from Friday, it is now Monday and they STILL sent it to the incorrect address.Have luckily dealt with friendly staff and have not come across rude staff but whether this company can fix THEIR ERROR is beyond me.For a first timer using this company, it is not a delivery company I would recommend. IF service was better and CORRECT then I definitely would but unfortunately this has not been the case for me. It is unjustified that a customer should bare the brunt of their incompetence.

I dont normally give companies a one star rating but wow CourierIt is beyond rubbish. You get a way bill number and they tell you to stay at your address on the day as they will be delivering your package today. I have been home the entire day. They then decide just not to pitch up.I needed to leave the premises but decided to stay as they also dont call you once they arrive. According to the CourierIt consultant they will only ring your bell. If you dont answer they leave.I have been trying to contact their call centre after they promised they will get someone to phone me back. Obviously no one phoned me back and whilst typing this I have been holding for their customer service department for exactly 10min and 32 seconds.If you have a choice...dont use them, be forewarned!!

If there was an option to give Zero stars I would actually give them that. I have been waiting on a delivery from them for more than a week now. Initially I was at fault because I did not pick up their first delivery call, but since then I made an effort to contact them and provide them with the exact details of where and when they could make the delivery. The next day I got an sms informing me that the delivery had been escalated because i had not been available where they needed to make the delivery to me, which wasn’t the case. Trying to contact them since them has been a nightmare. Their phones do not get picked up and when they do, they drop before I’m put in contact with someone who can assist me. It really is sad that they are failing customer service on all fronts.

Really bad communication as the parcel was to arrive the 16 April 2020, and was cancelled. No delivery the next day and was told only next week, but cannot provide me with the day it will be delivered.Was relying on receiving my Telkom SIM to work from home, but thats out the window now.No sense of urgency, no apologies. Then to my own surprise I was informed that I was not home when the package was delivered. I even started doubting myself, and then they add the time just to add a bit of class to the story. CourierIT has changed their business plan to a tourism company. Each day they load parcels up and take them around cape town to see the sites. Hope they at least took my package up table mountain. I waited for our delivery at the living room with a clear view to the street. It was painstaking to sit there for the whole day. Our delivery did not come. My mother phoned them to find out what was going on. They told her that they phoned at 9 times but that we didnt pick up. They marked us as not available and left.I called the company personally then and asked them where the delivery is. The lady on the phone uttered under her breathe stupid when I tried to explain the situation. I was quite livid at that point but kept my calm.The delivery man arrived and reiterated that we werent there. We checked the delivery papers to make sure our phone numbers were correct on it. He simply did not arrive and said he was here. Disgusting service and disrespectful call center.

Those who received their goods consider yourselves lucky. For me the first day spent the entire day at home after I received an SMS informing me my order is out for delivery but no one came to deliver. After calling the office I was told the order has been rescheduled for the following day even though no effort had been made to communicate the reschedule. Second day same story no communication. Towards the end of the day I called in, only to be told the driver has been hijacked. With all this drama I strongly believe the hijack story is a cover up by either the company or the driver. My package was loaded at 7:30am and then 16:00 I get a message back after numerous failed attempts for an answer saying the driver says he will come tomorrow ! This has been the worst ever service I have received from any company. Initially you tell me you do not come into my area, Mbekweni which is next to Wellington, as it is a high risk area.I have told you numerous times that I deliver a service from home and cannot leave the house, to which you replied that high risk drivers deliver on Thursdays and other specific days.I am not certain how many Thursdays have passed since 29 January 2018 and I still have not received my parcel.I have spoken to the sender Telkom and they informed that they only make deliveries through you. Received a notification that contact was not available and my parcel couldnt be delivered. Firstly I did not receive any call or email that it was getting delivered and I was at home awaiting the parcel and no one pitched up so clearly nothing was in the process of delivery. If I could rate this any lower, I would.Today marks the third time that CourierIt has sent a driver with my package, only for them to not contact me at all and claim that I was unavailable. I was sitting in my apartment with my phone on loud right next to me, but no SMS or call at all. Customer service has been entirely unavailable, Ive tried calling at least a dozen times in the past hour but to no avail.This is genuinely the worst service one can get, and I dont plan on waiting until Monday to get my package because I wont even be in the country.If you can, avoid using CourierIt as your delivery service at all costs.UPDATE: The driver came around again, but he/she didnt call me AGAIN and left before i could get to the door

The desire to use pigeons to transport your goods seem more and more feasible. It seems they have only one vehicle in the entire Cape Metropolitan. The request for feedback reminds me of the internet dial up days. Goods arrived on Sunday 12th, 3 days later, sorry now 4 days later, the entire world has evolved from the pithecanthropus erectus but the parcel is still stuck at the amoeba stage.... Day [4] We are unable to locate your package as we received a huge consignment. But we will find it! I am however hopeful that it arrives before New Years Eve.
